“I have had several dbrand skins and they have all been amazing. I have had to order a new case cause I lost my phone and it is taking a while to get here but that is only because of one of their launches going crazy and they're behind. When I emailed them they gave me a 10% refund which was cool and I didn't even ask for it I just wanted to know what day to expect it. Otherwise usually their skins and cases get here in a couple of days and are of very high quality. Also they get linus' coworkers to throw things at him on camera.”

“Even though my order got lost in shipping, there support was awesome and very quick. Without any hesitation they offered me to just reship my whole order. So eventhough my review says a bad delivery time, it wasn't dbrands fault and after I contacted them about the issue they fixed really quick.”

“The customer service is very good, although it might take a few days for dbrand to respond, they give great options or solutions for your problems. Also applying skins is made easy for those who struggle with perfectly positioning stickers.”
