Any time that I have had an error with my order (which is extremely rare) I have been taken care of with excellent customer service.

Preordered PS5 shells with middle skin, few weeks later they came out with new Damascus center skin. I contacted customer service with order number and asked if they could please modify order for the new Damscus triple black before it ships out. Not only did they respond within the hour but they gladly agreed. Awesome company, great customer service. Thank you

Amazing customer service! Ordered a new skin for my phone and it was lost in mail so they quickly sent out another. After receiving it I realized I ordered the wrong size and they worked with me to correct that as well. They were always quick to respond and always had a solution I was happy with.

I've ordered from dbrand several times now and I can confidently say that thier products and service is top notch. I made an error on a recent purchase and they responded within minutes to my email.
