So its like this Dbrand partner kinda f up a bit but luckily dbrands robots have good sense of humor and respond fast what i like, and whit that said 4 stars. Continue with the word domination silicon is the future.

When your order gets lost or stolen, Dbrand has clear instructions ready to go. They will not give you canned, generic, basic advice that you could’ve Googled. They are not like the USPS (who needs to be cancelled immediately). Dbrand will resend your order if the USPS screwed up and doesn’t have a system in place to check for screw ups. Like getting a package signed for before dropping it off!

One of the skins did not arrive in my package, I emailed dbrand and they got back to me very quickly and then sent a replacement order. Amazing customer service, thank you robots!

My package was lost by USPS. I emailed dbrand and within 10 minutes had a reply that they were shipping out a replacement order for free. That’s pretty amazing customer service in my opinion.
