“I ordered the poppy duck and a dinky white Christmas duck. The Christmas duck had a small chip in the hat which is noticeable as the hat is black and the chip is white. The glitter is scattered on the body from it's scarf which I don't think was supposed to be there. Although it is very cute. The dinky duck is in fact bigger than 10cm as advertised although not much. I'm not sure you could put it on a Christmas tree as it would be too heavy. The poppy duck is alot smaller than I expected. I wish they would put the dimensions up on the website so you know However it is so beautiful and the poppy really stands out I also love the added bonus of having lil poppies on the welly boots it gives it so much character. They both arrived in fairly good time. Packaged well. I didn't take advantage of the extra gift box as it was just for me and my mum and I thought the price was a lil expensive if it wasn't for a gift on top of the actual postage cost. I would however buy from DCUK again as the ducks are gorgeous and make great gifts. Just a little disappointed with the quality and finishing of the Christmas Dinky Duck. Just needed a bit more attention to detail. Having a small chip in the hat is unavoidable sometimes but the glitter everywhere is a bit of an oversight.”

The dinky ducks aren't made to put on the tree as they are very heavy compared to our decorations which are half the width and don't weigh the tree down Kind regards Jasmine DCUK

“My Remember Together Dinky Duck arrived safely & very promptly, but I was a bit surprised at the amount of packaging - that's why I've put 'Good' rather than 'Very Good'. I knew it would be in a gift box , but wasn't expecting the box to be that large. Then you could have got about 3 gift boxes into the outer box. Apart from that, my duck is very nice & joins quite a few others..”

“My order came very quickly and was well packaged for protection. As always they are lovely and to a high standard. Only frustration was I paid for 2 personalised names and a few days later received an email for free personalisation! That’s a bit annoying!”

“The Dcuk was lovely and just what I expected. Only negative was I paid to have my husband name on the tag which was a horrible card thing and not wood and the inscription on the back was just written with a silver pen. I could have done that myself and saved £9.95 for both extras. To be fair it states “writing on back” when ordering just didn’t realise it was someone writing in pen. Very disappointed.”

Hi Laura, We have discontinued the wooden tags and now only use the cotton cards. The option of wiring on the back is handwritten beautifully in the silver pen to add a longer message to a gift which wouldn't normally fit onto the small name tag, If you wish to exchange your duck or would like us to come up with an alternative please email me on orders@dcuk.com or give me a call on 01803866846 and I would be happy to sort this for you. “I ordered two ducks one as a gift and one for my self the ducks were beautiful and so well made can't fault them in anyway delivery was fast and they were well packed, the only thing was I had orded one as a gift so ordered the gift bag and the gift bad was to small to fit the duck in her head stuck out the top, I know I had tissue paper but for the price I just feel the duck should fit in without popping out the top, other then that as always a completely wonderful product.”
