“The ducks and penguins are quaint ornaments and reasonably priced. However the prices of the name tags are very excessive. £4 to print a name on a piece of card is taking advantage of customers’ sentimentality. Disappointing ☹️ .”

“excellent quality, and wonderfully gift packaged. would have been a 5star, but names are painted on, rather than on a little name plaque around the necks. still very happy with them, and looking forward to seeing my wife's face when she opens the box on our 30th anniversary in September.”

“Love my nurse duck. However, I am surprised she has a Red Cross on her cap - this sign is licensed by the International Red Cross/British Red Cross, and should only be used by them, or with their permission. I have painted out the Red Cross on my duck, as, when I wore this traditional nurses’ uniform, it certainly did not have this symbol on it.”

“I am so excitedly waiting for my Dcuk but it appears he is lost in transit. So it appears my Dcuk ducked out of the row. I ordered him on 14, May 2020. I am working with the company to find the poor little fellow. If any of you on a wander should come across a spunky Dcuk with a mind of his own wearing Union Jack Wellies please tell him his new Mummy is waiting for him. I shall send an email to the Home nest this coming Monday if he has yet to arrive”

Hi Karen, The price difference was refunded on the 5th May, after we had a conversation as to whether you would like the correct duck however, you decided to keep the incorrect item so we refunded the difference between the two. “Bought to remember my mum, who loved yellow flowers and was called Denise. I have been looking at the daffodil duck for a while, but particularly liked the addition of the floral wellies. She is a little smaller than my other DCUK’s (see attached photo) but this is quite apt as mum was petite!”

“Our ducklet arrived promptly and well packaged. He’s well made and a great companion for a duck we bought many years ago. My only gripe is that the box had DCUK written all over it which spoilt the birthday surprise somewhat when it was delivered!”

“Delivered product was excellent. However, despite signing up for your newsletter I had to request the 10% discount that was promised. Also, unless I wasn't looking in the right place, I could find nowhere which allowed me to write a message to the recipient. As it happened a compliments slip was attached which showed my first name whereas I would have liked a message to show that the present was a gift from myself and my wife.”

“The duckling was a present for someone special and they seemed pleased with it. The only thing we were slightly disappointed about was that we chose a brighter colour ribbon to personalise as based on the examples given the letters were printed in white. However the writing was black on the ribbon received. I didn’t notice an option to choose the colour writing. Otherwise, all as hoped and was delivered quickly, considering events at the moment that are delaying some post.”

“Very good product, a bit expensive but delivered quickly. The downsides are the delivery box is clearly marked DCUK on the outside which takes away some of the surprise if bought as a gift for someone in the household. I suppose I could pay extra for gift wrap, but I’m already at the top end of my budget. There are also a lot of non recyclable foam packing chips in the box, and would be good if alternatives were used for their temporary nest.”
