“Cathy - I brought a Garden Birds DCUK product for my Mum for Mother’s Day. It’s in my Mum’s name (Gill) because I’m currently not in paid work and she is supporting me. It was difficult to choose which hat I wanted as I loved all of them. She absolutely loved the gift which I presented to her on Sunday so just wanted to thank you for making my Mum smile. It was also a thank you present for my Mum as she attended all my appointments with me (I’m okay now but thankful for her company at the time). Someone in church said I was like a little chick brought into the sunshine in the Father’s hands which touched us. So I brought her the little Garden Bird chick with a rose hat from her little chick. Just wanted to say also that God loves you (John 3:16 and 17) And God bless”

“Dcuks are beautiful and brought to complete a set we have. Only downside is that we received one duck with the gold pin but the other one has the stamp mark under the foot instead so was disappointed that they did not match.”

“The delivery including the correspondence are really something special. We had a lot of fun with it. That alone would be worth 5 stars. But, because of the Brexit the cost for shipping, customs etc. are quite high. So we unfortunately had to reduce to 4 stars. Best greetings from the north of Germany, Andrea and Torsten”

“A friend had bought me my first duck for Christmas which introduced me to the range and as soon as I saw the characters with sparkly boots I had to have one so I bought a disco chick with gold sparkly boots. He arrived in good time and was well packaged. He is very cute and I am delighted with him. I have deducted one star only because there was a patch of missing colour on the bottom of one of his boots. However I think I may order one of the characters for a friends birthday in February as I like the option of choosing a name.”

“Delighted to receive my Spring Flower Duckling - Forget Me Not. A Christmas gift from my mother who has Dementia (this is the reason we chose Forget Me Not) well packaged, however, there is a trickle of yellow paint on the neck not hugely visible thankfully. Love the whole range and have a nice little collection.”

“I am happy with the product I purchased. However, I was trying to buy the 18" duck and I thought I was given an option to add wellies and a hat. So I thought 'yeah, that is cute' I added the wellies and hat. On receipt I had the 12" duck with wellies and hat. I rechecked the website and I see where I went wrong but not when I purchase it. This couled be improved please. I will use the 5% voucher to buy the 18" duck for my wife's birthday”

“Very pleased with the service, the only improvement I can see with ordering via your web site is that you do not appear to have your full range on it, as some models seen in outlets are not shown, would it be possible to expand your web site to include your complete range ?. I also prefer ordering direct with DCUK as the item comes fresh and perfect condition, compared with some seen in outlets with look shop soiled, or even a little damaged.”

“My first purchase from DCUK and I'm so pleased!! I can't show a picture unfortunately as it's a gift but I'm certain it will be loved! Great quality and lovely having that option of paying a bit extra to have a name personalised! That's the only reason for my 4*s - it cost £3.95 for choosing a name which I felt was maybe a little expensive but that's just my opinion!”
