“Person taking payment misinformed me that someone would call me regarding delivery Nobody phoned me that day!! Ended I had to phone two days later to get info on delivery day/time. The positives was that immediately thereafter deliveryman phoned to give delivery day. He also phoned as promised half hour on delivery day so I didn't have to hang about for delivery.”

“Excellent price and needed oven in a hurry... So after order I emailed for estimate on delivery time and got was response within about an hour... Appliance was ordered and delivered exactly as promised with no issues so I would happily use again...”

“I was looking for a good price for a Dyson Vacuum...so search around and found deals4u the price was Great and the service was even better....they gave me a date & day to be delivered they delivered on time a really quick service.. Customer Service was very helpful with one question I had - will definitely be shopping with them again”

“Bought an induction hob at a terrific price which included a set of pans.This deal was £ 100 cheaper than other suppliers and I thought that I might have been scammed. Deals 4 u delivered on time and we are delighted with this Neff induction hob, well done and I won't be looking at any other web sites but this one.”

“Service appalling...have waited 4 weeks (conditions say 10 to 14 working days or they will telephone customer... We still waiting).....apparently to get dish washer tomorrow .....but have made umpteen phone calls to find out where machine is and NOBODY has responded so hopefully tomorrow will be the end of the saga. Nobody seems to know what is happening. But were able to take money in payment immediately......”
