“cannot enter a review as yet as the purchase is a christmas present for my wife who is VERY PARTICULAR. stand back and awiat a very descriptive honest review on or after the 25th! delivery was almost 24 hrs later than advertised however therefore i give only an average score at present.”

“This Dimplex fire was just what we wanted for a conservatory the log effect looks very realistic and with 2 heat settings warm as well very pleased with this purchase arrived as stated plus £50 cheaper than Homebase!”

“Purchasing was overall a good experience and I would use the Company again. My slight criticism is that they would improve customer service by introducing a better system to update customers of the progress of the order, as several days gap in contact occurred and in the end I contacted myself to help ensure everything was in order.”

“Delivery and communication on delivery a bit slower and not as good as some of the "other" on-line retailers. Need to follow-up and ask when my delivery would be made. When I had this information delivery was made as promised. Took about 1 week to come. Pleased in the end.”

“Great price for the Bosch dishwasher. My kitchen refurb was ahead of schedule and I phoned to find out when the appliance I ordered would be delivered. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful in confirming details for me and expediting delivery. Highly recommended.”
