“All good-Price the best on line for the Bosch dishwasher I purchased. Product arrived in good shape. But -could have been much,muchbetter at updating me re' likely delivery date-I had to do all the chafing until it arrived at the transport contractor .”

“The cooker I ordered was perfect. Did take longer than I expected for delivery and not any communication from supplier, also delivery firm would not take upstairs to a flat ( one lot of stairs, inside the building! )”

“The price paid was acceptable and the goods were almost (slight damage) as described. The box the goods were in was knocked about a bit and there was slight damage to the contents. Fortunately the damage was in an area that was not critical so I accepted them. On this occasion delivery time was not an issue but if I wanted quick delivery I would not use you.”

“Ordering was easy and the item was delivered on the notified day. It would help if Deals4u could say whether the item will be delivered in the morning or in the afternoon. I stayed at home all day and this item came at 4pm.”

“The Dimplex Freeport Fire (Stainless Steel) looks very smart in our lounge and we are delighted. The Black Nickel version was delivered in error but was quickly collected and the correct one delivered so all resolved very quickly. The price and service was excellent.”

“Service from Deals4u excellent however the Parcelforce delivery was not so good - they advised delivery on Thursday, which was a day when I couldn't be home, so I rang to arrange another day but was told that this was not possible so they would waste their time trying to deliver on Thursday and when this failed they would try again on Friday! On the Thursday I received a text telling me that the scheduled delivery time (obviously this was doomed to failure) but on Friday they sent no communication of expected delivery time and when I rang all they could say was that it was out for delivery. I waited in all day and it finally arrived at 5.20pm. Think they need to get their act Together!”
