“Flowers were ordered Just before Mother's Day. The message card was missing so my mum didn't know who they were from. Had to ring around the family.Within 3 days the flowers had all died. Emailed Debenhams with regards to the issues, Got an automated reply to say due to high volumes over Mother's Day they would get back to me. Still awaiting a reply. It is the first time i had used Debenhams flowers and from this experience would not use them again or recommend them”

“I've ordered flowers from yourselves many times before as they are usually great value for money, great quality flowers with a long life and nearly always delivered on time. This time I ordered some flowers for my friends 21st and they were part of a joint present. However I was quite embarrassed when my friend unwrapped them as they were such a small boutique considered the money spent on them. My friends and I saw the funny side but I couldn't help feeling a little annoyed at the whole situation. Luckily all of her other presents did delivery so it didn't dampen the moment too much.”

“Ordered flowers on the web site for a friends birthday , we were on the other side of the world at the time . Great display arrived exactly when and where we wanted it - good value too . Would definitely use Debenhams flowers again over the usual suspects”

“Really happy with the level of service Debenhams flowers offers, I was able to have my flowers Delivered on a Sunday which a couple of other well known florists didnt offer. By my Wifes reaction the flowers were well packaged and in good order. Will use again in the future”

“In terms of a delivery service and ease of ordering and communication, I was impressed. I guess the only disappointment was the number of flowers in the bunch. Appreciate that some of the cost covers the delivery aspect but couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that the £20.00 bunch wasn't a little 'fuller'.”

“These flowers arrived half dead, the roses arrived drooping with dead leaves. Initially we thought if we put them in water they would perk up but no. After a day the roses had to be put in the bin. The rest lasted for five day but overall they were incredibly poor and not at all what I would expect from Debenhams. I have tried numerous times to ring to discuss this on the 0844 number given but that doesn't work either. Very sad as these were for my Mothers birthday ????”

“good service and good value although a major let down was the accompanying card, very bad quality, very thin and flimsy and badly printed, message all over the place! no card at all would have been better or just a small business size card like the ones in florists with a suitable image for the occasion attached somehow to the flowers/gift”

“After writing a complaint about a very poor quality boquet that I ordered , John Lewis sent a further boquet which was of the quality I initially expected from them. They asked me to amend my review based on the second boquet. So: the second boquet was of a good quality nice crisp flowers which lasted just over a week. It was well packed and delivered promptly.”
