“I bought some lovely flowers for Valentine's day. Unfortunately they went dry and withered after 4-5 days. I made note of the '7 day freshness' promise, and contacted Debenhams, attaching the pictures. A few days later I received a response from Roza, who asked me to send pictures as proof (even though I had already sent them). Anyway, I sent the pictures once again and ever since there has been only silence. That was on 19th February. Today I receive an automated request to leave a review - amazing.”

“Although these arrived on time; they were far from being 'luxury' in any sense of the word. I was very disappointed by the poor quality of the roses. The heads were undersized and undernourished. The stems were weak and the flowers did not flourish at all before dying two days later. I saw much better roses on sale in the local supermarkets. All in all, a very bad experience.”

“I bought theses flowers for my other half. When they arrive they was in dying need of water the rose petals had dried out quite badly as well as other leaves. Once they were in water they look quite nice the only problem was that it took well over a week for the other flowers to actually start flowering and by the time the roses had mostly died so I was a little disappointed as theses were not cheap supermarket flowers. I also followed the instructions that were included with the flowers step by step. Remember guys and girls what you see in the picture online to what you are geting delivered are two completely different things”

“I sent these flowers to my mother in law on her birthday. They arrived on time but had dried out and were wilting. She managed to revive them but they didn't last as long as I would have hoped. Perhaps changing the packaging so flowers are delivered in a bag of water might be a good idea. Nice flowers but I'll go back to M&S next time.”

“Received first bouquet on Valentine's Day and one Rose was broken and the rest started to brown and die before the Lilly's didn't open... Received a second bouquet as complained about first and this bouquet hasn't lasted 6 days without throwing some away and others bruised from the start.. Awaiting apology as not impressed with 2 bouquets. Back to buying them from shops where I can see before I buy and know there going to look good and last longer then 5 days.”

“Flowers were lovely, price fair. Delivery driver was rude and swore at me. When I complained I got a sorry and if I ordered again I'd get £10 off my order. Why should I order off a company that allows its delivery drivers to speak to their customers in such a way. Never again will I order off you and as for you resolving my complaint. Seems I was just fobbed off with a discount to stop the complaint. I'm glad you asked for feedback as this is the truth.”

“I ordered these flowers for my daughter in law, who had just had an operation. She was absolutely thrilled with them, said they were beautiful and lasted well. I found the price very reasonable too. Would use Debenhams flowers again, definitely . I received Debenhams flowers for my birthday in December and was equally pleased.”

“Paid extra for a one hour delivery slot, but didn't get the hour confirmed until 9am on the day, so couldn't plan anything for that day. Thank god I paid the extra £5 for a large bouquet, as I imagine the smaller one is just one flower on its own. £50 got me an arrangement the same size and quality as paying £15 at Tesco.”

“Flowers were delivered on time. Flowers at first, seem to look ok, but close inspection, the stems had had been cut too short and their seem to be minmum life shelf within them. After two days, lilys didn't open as decribed. Requested a refund, which seems to have been granted. Sorry poor first time experience using this service for Valentine day :-(”
