“excellent value for money. prompt delivery on the day I requested. greetings cards perfectly scripted. beautifully packaged. my mother and mother-in-law were very happy recipients of their mothers day bouquets. highly recommended thank you Debenhams 200% happy will definitely use your flowers on line again xx”

“Fortunately I didn't see the bouquet I sent my Mum but she said they were lovely. However, I did see the bouquet that I arranged my Nan to receive and I wasn't impressed. First of all the flowers were left in the Greenhouse instead of the porch and they weren't seen for twenty four hours and were all drooping by the time they were found! I arrived in the afternoon they were found and not only were they drooping but there were very few stems and nothing like the original picture on the website! I just hope my Mums were not as scrappy looking as my Nans! Very disappointed.”

“Very disappointed with debenhams flowers! I was disappointed when my friend sent me a photo of the flowers , I had sent her for her birthday , very poor value for the money paid. I would not recommend debenhams flowers.”

“I always send flowers through Debenhams because I find that the flowers are very fresh, of good quality and they last very well, better than any other retailer I have bought them through; they always last for at least two weeks. The service is excellent.”

“This was a second delivery to replace a bouquet delivered for Mothers Day. The day after the original bouquet was delivered all the roses in the bouquet died. Debenhams delivered another bouquet fire including some chocolates as means of an apology. Second bouquet was beautiful.”

“I was very disappointed with the service & quality of flowers of my first order, i had ordered a vase for my flowers to be delivered in, but this was missing when I received the flowers. The quality of flowers were very poor, considering how much i spent. I phoned to complain & received a refund for the amount of the vase, with no apology given. I e-mailed customer services to reitterate how disappointed i was with the service & 5 weeks later i have still not received a response. Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Flowers and shipment were perfect, but vase was not as ordered (wrong colour, wrong style and too small on top of it!), and no £4.99 mini birthday balloon in sight. I would've given 3 stars, but it can't be categorized as "normal", is it?”

“Possibly the worst flowers I have ever ordered. I was embarrassed because of them, at my Nan's funeral! I paid extra to have a large bunch and I struggle to see how they could've been any smaller. Do not order from Debenhams!!!!”
