“Wasn't really impressed when I seen the flowers these were bought as a gift flowers were droopy and looked as if at lot of heads had fallen off, the bunch of flowers consisted of about 5 flowers... I paid £25 I think I could of get a bigger bunch with more life to them for around £10”

“It was not even close to what it looked on the picture. The bouquet was full of green leaves and very few flowers that too not fresh. The bouquet hardly lasted for 2 days... The quality that I got to the price that I paid was total ripoff ! Very disappointed....didn't expect such low standard from Debenhams :(”

“Very good service in that I was kept well informed of the flower's location and progress and my mum was delighted with them when they arrived on the prescribed date. Beautifully packaged in bright tissue paper too. Thank you!”

“The service was speedy and the flowers beautiful. However I purchased them as a Get Well gift and I was told there was no indication in them on who had sent them. Perhaps provide an option to fill in a virtual card that can be printed and included with the flowers?”

“Using the debenhams website was simple. The ordering and checkout process straightforward. My friend is delighted with the flowers that I sent her for her birthday. I would add that I cant stand lilies, so my choice of bouquet was not huge given that many of the bouquets contain lilies. Your roses look fantastic, gerberas jolly and your peonies very nice - ditch the lilies!”

“Flowers arrived well packed, it was a generous and well proportioned bouquet. The flowers lasted very well and looked beautiful. I often order flowers for my mum and have been disappointed in the past by other well known florists. My mum was delighted with the flowers from Debenhams. I will order again!”

“The flowers arrived with 1 bud knocked off. The outer leaves were tinged with brown as if they had been in a fridge/freezer too long. The buds did not open but just withered and died after 3 days causing me acute embarrassment. All in all they were a complete waste of money and I shall never order flowers from Debenhams again!!”

It sounds like one of your buds had an unhappy journey and we're sorry to hear about the ones that died after 3 days. One of our team will be in touch about that. Regarding the outer petals, it sounds like you're talking about the 'guard petals'. By their nature they appear this way and are left on deliberately to prolong the rose's life. “Ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday as my partner works on a Saturday at the Hospital and it was for something special. They were ordered a good 5 days beforehand but arrived on the Monday. So she had to go out of her way to collect them They were supposed to last around 7 days. They were dead by the Friday and thrown out. Not impressed and wont be going back.”

“Flowers sent to a family friend who is recently bereaved. Ordered the Sugar Almond flowers. Feedback was that they were a lovely, colourful & fresh display. Cheered her up immensley. I have never ordered from Debenhams flowers before but will 100% be ordering again. Thankyou Debenhams.”

“I was overall very happy with the service. It was easy to order and it was delivered well. The thing I wasn't pleased with is that on the website the case I ordered was clear but it came in red. This didn't really match with the flowers so this slightly ruined the aesthetics.”
