“I was very pleased that someone from Debenhams called to say that they'd received a call from the recipient wondering who the flowers were from. I didn't see anywhere online to put my name but I may have overlooked it. So, thanks once again. P S I did however wonder why, when my sister (the recipient of the flowers) called she couldn't have been told who sent them over the phone???”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. In answer to your question, some people wish to remain anonymous when sending flowers, so if they haven't stated their name on the gift message we prefer to obtain the sender's permission before we disclose their details.

“It was my sister's 50th birthday, and this was one of the 50 presents I had plan to give her. Your flowers was number 49. So thank you, we made her day a wonderful one.”

“Having had a recent bad experience with a flower delivery service, (delivered late and due to this the flowers had turned to mulch. Happy Anniversary, dear!!) I was going in blind with Debenhams Flowers. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless and easy. The website is simple and user friendly, emails are processed on time to advise of the stages of delivery and the delivery, itself, was as instructed. The flowers were beautiful and are still alive (delivered on the 18th August). Great service and I will be using this service again without hesitation,”

“I sent some sunflowers to my sister-in-law when she had to start her treatment for cancer and when she returned home saw them on the doorstop and was so pleased to see them. She sent me a photo and they looked beautiful! This is the 4th time I have ordered from Debenhams and every time the receiver has been so pleased with the flowers and they all arrived on the date I asked for which was extremely pleasing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.”

“The rainbow roses were lovely. Only one thing that disappointed my partner is that one of the flowers head was hanging off. My partner was taken in to hospital so the last thing on my mind was to complain. Due to this I more than likely won't order flowers again. I understand this is a minor thing but when i send flowers I don't want them damaged.”

“Debenhams Flowers made me really happy due to being so spot on with their order time and date as I got these flowers for my girlfriend and I'm not the best with flowers so looking through the website is easy and also very helpful to find specific flowers. “The flowers were a very special gift, as I live in New Zealand and I sent them to my cousin who lives in Scotland 12,000 miles away as it was her 50 th Birthday, and I have not seen her for ten years, she was surprised and said the flowers were lovely and fresh and well. presented also delivered on her special day, this made me feel very happy and pleased that I had chosen to send flowers through Debenhams. Thank you.”

“I ordered the bouquet for my Aunt & Uncle to celebrate their 65th Wedding Anniversary - it was better than the pictorial example - very colourful, fresh, well packaged and easy to follow care instructions - they were delighted with the flowers and so was I with the customer service provided - tracking them all the way - Thank You”

“I always choose Debenhams' flowers for my wonderful mum-in-law who turned 93 this month. I send her a Christmas bouquet and a birthday bouquet every year. She loves the arrangements and I get a photo to show me what they look like in her living room. She has very few gifts delivered nowadays and I know she cherishes the thought and the flowers. It makes my day special too.”
