Ordered the flowers with a vase as a Suprise to celebrate moving into a new home with my special someone. The vase, although paid for, was omitted from the delivery and therefore caused confusion that took the shine off the whole Suprise as I had to hastily hand the flowers over and chase the postman to see if he had it with him. The cost of the vase was refunded but can't help but feel cheated out of what should have been a pleasant moment especially when you're paying premium to deal with what I would have regarded to be a professional company.

Flowers turned up half dead, and fully died 2 days later. There was no card and no free chocolates. Appalling service! Don't buy flowers here!

Both people I ordered flowers for were very happy with what they received and it all occurred exactly as it was described to me in the emails I got from the system. A great service that I will probably use again!

I have used your flower service a number of times over the past few years and with the exception of one occasion I was totally satisfied. On that one occasion, once it was brought to your attention, it was rectified very quickly and I was completed satisfied with the outcome. On the whole a very good service which I will use again and would recommend to others.

i hope most of debenhams customers dont have my experience the flowers were despatched on 31 december instead of next day delivery for christmas eve as advertised by debenhams then after Writing emails to there support and telephoning they do nothing but sent this Review instead .i gave 1 star for the whole service that doesnt seem to care what happens next as long as they get there order and "there" or should i say "my Money". whoever the boss is they need to thank there lucky stars they have not been prosecuted by the trading standards for taking Money under false pretences

Easy to order...and delivered on time. Cannot comment on the actual flowers because I haven't seen them, but the recipient was pleased.

Very easy to order, delivered exactly when it said. First time I have used Debenhams, had tried ordering on M&S website for Christmas display which allowed you to go all the way through the order with delivery details before saying it was out of stock, and this happened twice! Gave up and tried Debenhams, glad I did!

The flowers were gorgeous and good value, however, they weren't delivered on the date I requested which was a disappointment. Usually, flowers are sent for birthdays etc so obviously you want them there on the day. I do think it was the Post Office error not Debenhams but still....

The flowers were not really how they looked in the picture. Not sure why they cost so much.

I bought Christmas Bouquets for my Aunts who live in different parts of the country - they were both very pleased with what they received. This was the first time I had found Debenhams Flowers and I was impressed with the service, the cost and the outcome. Thankyou

We bought the flowers for my sister in law who had cooked us a wonderful meal on Christmas Day. I ordered them a day or two after Christmas and they arrived on 30th December which was OK by us. Sue said it was a beautiful bouquet with some Christmassy 'tinselly' bits added which made it very suitable for the festive season. However, when we visited her on New Year's Day she had had to remove some of the flowers as they were looking a bit tired. Realise that the Christmas holiday affected the delivery of fresh flowers but I was a bit disappointed that some flowers only lasted for two days.

I haven't seen the flowers but the recipient was very impressed with their quality and the arrangement (and she is one of those expert gardener types).

I ordered the flowers from Debenhams as I believed they were a trusted supplier. They were due to be delivered on New Years Eve as a surprise for my elderly Mother. At 4.50pm on New Years Eve I received an e-mail from Debenhams saying that the flowers had not been delivered by the Royal Mail. There was no explanation or date when they would be delivered. I tried to ring the Debenhams customer service dept. which closed at 5pm and just got an answer machine message. I contacted my Mother on New Years Day to wish her a happy New Year but without the flowers. 2 days after the supposed delivery date the flowers arrived and were described by my mother as very nice, but they had already been sitting around at the Royal Mail for 2 days!!!!! I have not had a single word of apology from Debenhams, which I find amazing!! My advice is although the flowers are of a good standard the delivery and customer service from Debenhams is next to useless. Do not use them !!!!

Happy that I was able to get flowers delivered directly and they were delivered without any problems and in good condition. I don't feel they were exceptional value for money, but they did the job.

I really love flowers and looked forward to my delivery. The bouquet was not as plush as I hoped, but it didn't matter because they did not last long anyway. They were wilted despite best efforts to care for them by the 3rd and definitely by the 4th day. I emailed customer service to express my disappointment and got no reply. I will not be using this service again.
