Very high quality and beautiful bunch of flowers that arrived on time and in perfect condition. Very happy with the service and bought me a few brownie points for my girlfriends birthday

Very poor quality and thoroughly disappointed. Purchased bouquet for mothers day which was meant to include 6 roses, lillies and dressing. Item arrived with 3 brown rose heads, lilies that were still closed and no dressing so it looked like 6 stalks thrown together. Item cost £25 but looked worse than a £5 pick from a garage forecourt. Very disappointed mother as a result. Would not buy from debenhams again

Hello Paul, we're sorry to hear that your mother was disappointed with your bouquet. We do send out lilies in bud for longevity reasons and roses are sent out with guard petals which have the appearance of dead leaves and need to be removed when they're arranged. Unfortunately it's impossible for us to confirm whether that was the case with your bouquet since so much time has elapsed. I ordered the roses and freesias bouquet as a get well gift, they arrived on time, were very well presented, the flowers were fresh and have lasted well, what more could you want. I will certainly be ordering again.

I have recently sent 2 of these bouquets to friends. Both recipients were thrilled with them, and so impressed, they said they would use Debenhams themselves in the future. You cannot ask for more!!

My sister has been sending photos to me of the flowers as they have been opening. They look lovely but the big disappointment is they have no scent!! I particularly chose them for their scent. Normally those lilies feel the air with their perfume. Such a shame.

The reason I sent the flowers to my niece and her partner were because of the beautiful flowers I received from her on my birthday in February. They were from Debenhams and they were absolutely beautiful and lasted nearly three weeks. In future I will order all my flowers from Debenham.

Bought these for my friends birthday & she was thrilled. Lasted a long time & the smell from the lilies was beautiful,,would recommend. Also included the wine & chocolates.

Excellent service but potted plants have not survived more than a few weeks! This is despite carefully following instructions for watering etc. Very disappointed to hear this news from my daughter who received plant as a present from me several weeks ago.

Hello, sorry to hear that. Although we guarantee orchids will flower for 3 weeks, we agree they should, with care, do so much longer. Please be aware that if the orchid has stopped flowering it doesn't mean it's dead. If your daughter cuts it down to above the first node, it should flower again in 4-6 months and she'll once again be able to enjoy a beautiful orchid!

Ordered the flowers to be delivered in a vase as the recipient had just come out of hospital & was not mobile! However Vase arrived smashed!! I tried to make contact on the advertised flower email address but this was returned twice. I emailed Debenhams themselves, who said I needed to use the flower email address; I explained it did not work but too no avail they were not prepared to assist & stated I must phone the next working day! As I was currently abroad (as explained) this was not an option! I found Debenhams to be unhelpful & I would not use them again for Flowers.. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered pink rose plant but my Mum received an orchid! Mum loved it so hadn't wanted to make a fuss. Not impressed to have wrong order as it was ordered so Mum could plant it in the garden if she wished. UPDATE I was very impressed by receiving a call from debenhams to apologise for this error and are kindly sending the ordered rose plant to my mum together with a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill -well done Debenhams. Very good customer service.

Lovely flowers, delivered on time - but caused me a bit of stress. Got an email after the order was placed saying that i still had the flowers in my shopping basket, and invited me to finish my transaction saying I could now take 10% off with a discount code. Was worried that the order had not been placed properly so called the number on the email for advice but it did not work. Sent an email enquiry but after a few hours had not received a response so searched for an alternative number online - gent on the phone confirmed everything was ok. Then on the day of delivery i tried to track the parcel but the consignment number was not recognised on the royal mail website which caused a bit more worry. But it was delivered correctly, just gave me a bit off agg along the way! Since then i have received 2 more emails from Debenhams chasing me to place more orders :-/

Having upgraded to a "large" bouquet and vase for my Mother's birthday I was very disappointed when she sent me a picture of what had been delivered. A very average looking bouquet and certainly not what I had hoped for having had excellent flowers from Debenhams in the past. Hopefully this was a "one off".

I have used this service often and have generally been quite happy. The recipient of the flowers said that the flowers were !spectacular" - However I was very disappointed that the bottle of proseco ordered to be delivered with the flowers were not included in the delivery. Although I was given a refund and the operator was apologetic it was upsetting as the lady in question loves proseco and it was part of her birthday present so it was a shame that this happened.
