“This is the second time I have used this service. I ordered the flowers last minute and they were delivered before date requested, this was a bonus! Feedback from the recipient was very positive and I will definitely use the service again.”

“I was disappointed that my friend did not receive her flowers on her birthday as the instruction to leave them on the doorstep was not adhered to. She received a card to collect from depot but when she went there on the correct day was told to return the next day! She did go back the next day - there was no note about leaving them on the doorstep so some communication breakdown. I contacted Debenhams by email but they have never got back to me so won't be using this service again.”

“After a problem with delivery, debenhams were very apologetic and upgraded my order. I did expect a bigger bouquet, but the flowers are of a grade 'A' quality. I will definitely consider purchasing again.”

“The flowers were of good quality lever when I ordered them it didn't let me choose a delivery day even tho I paid to have a specific hour slot. As I ordered from the Valentine's collection and I couldn't choose delivery I assumed they would be delivered on Valentine's Day. I received a email to say they would be delivered 10 days before and when I tried to email to change the delivery I had no response very disappointed and won't use them again”

“I sent these flowers as a surprise, not wanting the recipients to know that they had come from me. It would have been nice to have had an email/text from Debenhams to say that they had been delivered.....I'm presuming that they HAVE been delivered but I don't know! I am giving a rating of 'normal' as I can't leave feedback without giving a rating.”

“i placed my order 29 Jan, it says it will arrived on the 1st of Feb, my wife birthday is on the 2nd of Feb. which is alright, then an email sent to me that says it will arrived on the 3rd of Feb!!!my wife birthday came without any flower!! how can you be happy about that!!! Will never order again!!!!”

“Dear Debenhams, thank you for your invitation. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed when I arrived at my parent's to find my Mum's birthday flowers left in the dark on the drive with no card posted/evidence of attempt to leave with a neighbour, and then a little lack luster on opening having been left out in the cold, especially with no option to upgrade delivery to a specific time slot. Unlikely to reorder and will return to preferred retailer.”

“We chose Debenhams flowers because of their excellent range of bouquets (we were pleased that this involved those without lilies as these are not a favourite of ours) The site was easy to use and we breezed through checkout. The flowers arrived the next day in good condition and our step-mother in law was very pleased with them. We will use Debenhams flowers the next time we send flowers .”

“Paid for an extra large bouquet to be sent to my mum as a Thank You gesture. When she took a picture - and sent it via Messenger - it really didnt look very much at all. Of course, mum was pleased - but she didnt know how much I'd spent on the bouquet! I don't think it represented value for money and will choose one of the many other companies available next time. Sorry Debenhams … there's just too much competition out there to be stingy with your flowers. You need to "Wow" people to get repeat / continued business.”

“THE FLOWERS WHERE PURCHASED FOR A FRIEND WHO HAD BEEN UNWELL. THE LILIES WHERE RECEIVED IN BUD FORM IN A POT. OPENING UP EVENTUALLY TO LOVELY FLOWERS - MY FRIEND SENT ME A PHOTO OF THEM. WOULD DEFINATELY USE DEBENHAMS FLOWER SERVICE AGAIN. QUICK EFFICIENT SERVICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY”
