“Flowers themselves were fine but delivery was really disappointing. They should have been delivered on a Saturday but as the recipient was out, instead of leaving them behind the gate or with a neighbour they were returned to the post office until Monday!! By which time they were wilted and a bit unimpressive. Wouldn't use Debenhmas flowers again. Have given three stars as flowers were nice and good value (had they been delivered as planned) :-(”

“Sent flowers to a relative who had just lost his sister. Delivery went as planned and the recipient was very pleased with the bouquet. He sent me a photo of the flowers and for the price paid, I was also very happy. Will use Debenhams again. Thank you.”

“My Mother in Law had just come home from a operation a week ago and we wanted to send her something to cheer her up, the flowers where beautiful and are still going strong well over a week and a half later, would recommend Debenhams Flowers to everyone and will be using them again. Also they got me in the good books with my Mother in Law”

“I bought the flowers for my daughters birthday they were beautiful she sent me a picture of them. I used to use a different company and they let me down on many occasions with the wrong flowers, half the quantity when paying for 50% extra and also double charged me so I will recommend yourselves for being true to word and pictures I will use you again thank you”

“Ordered flowers for my daughter in celebration of her 40th birthday. She was highly delighted with the arrangement which pleased me immensely as we live too far apart. So it made me feel I was able to make her day a bit more special.”
