“For Valentines, ordered Debenhams "Romantic Lily & Rose" (with free Guylian 65g Chocolates) and Free Tracked Delivery. Paid extra £5 to go Large (this provided SIX Grand Prix Roses). After entering a promo code it came to £29.99 delivered. Not a bad deal I thought...... until I got feedback from the girlfriend on the 14th. On inspection there were only 5 red roses (not 6)...... and all with very small heads and 3 with blackened outside petals. The Lilies were lovely and eventually blossomed to a full colourful bloom.... but being Valentines, the centerpiece Roses disappointed. Lesson learned.... I guess you never really know the quality of what is going to turn up if you order these kind of items online.... suffice to say the Roses never came anywhere near their glorious online depiction. It's off to the local florist or superstore next time, where I can quality control first hand and view in reality what I'm actually purchasing.”

“The flowers arrived on time but had a call from my mum to say they were all droopy. Looked very poor and frankly embarrassing. I have contacted Debenham's customer services through their website but they do not have the courtesy to respond. Would never use again. Gives Debenhams a very bad name.”

“Flowers sent in bud form,after spending two days on transit they had just started to open. Both the roses and fresias lasted a total of eight days in a warm room. Best flowers that I have bought on a long time.”

“I am horrified by what I received. One batch was dead and late and the other batch died a day later. We only received also a few flowers and not a bouquet. My nana and mother are in tears as I spent a lot of money on these flowers and I certainly didn't get my money's worth. I spent £65 combined and would not recommend you to anyone. I want my money back and I will be phoning to tell you what awful service we've received. Awful. Last time I use this service again”

“Absolutely disgusted at what was delivered to my Mothers house for Mothers day! Flowers had wiltered and resembled nothing of the picture shown when ordering. Sent in a complaint as this service was unacceptable and upsetting.”

“The freesias were a present for my mother on Mother's Day. She would certainly have told me if there was anything wrong but she was delighted with them. She said they were just opening out (on Mother's Day), had a beautiful scent and there wasn't too much excess greenery with them (which she usually throws away!)”

“Flowers were safely delivered in plenty of time fro Mother's Day , packaged well and of good quality. I bought this as a gift using a discount voucher - although lovely I would have been very disappointed if I had paid full price as I did not think it was particularly generous in quantity.”
