Not quite what I was expecting for the price i paid, didn't look like the picture suggested. However delivery was quick and on timeline

Excellent service and highly recommended. I recently placed two orders for Mother's Day: one for my wife from our son to arrive on the Saturday and one for my mum to arrive on the Sunday. Both orders arrived on the mornings of the required days well packaged and including really handy flower maintenance leaflets. The flowers themselves were in bud form and came into bloom over the following days and then lasted for two weeks with just a few having to be removed earlier. My only gripe was that three of the lilies didn't bloom at all but as they were surrounded by the rest of the bouquet this was hardly noticeable. On the whole I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use Debenham's Flowers again.

A great service, no problems or issues. Just ordered the flowers and chocolates I wanted, picked a day for delivery, for a very reasonable delivery charge, and they arrived exactly when they were supposed to. Arrived in good condition, I'd definitely use them again. I would recommend them.

I usually use bunches when ordering flowers online but my partner convinced me to try debenhams when ordering flowers for Mother's Day. Compared to bunches, I found the number and quality of flowers to be poor value for money. Also they only lasted 4 days before they ended up in the bin. Considering I can buy a £10 bunch of flowers from the supermarket that last two weeks this was extremely disappointing and not the standard I would expect from a company like Debenhams. Suffice to say I will not be using this mob again and will stick to bunches/supermarket flowers in future!

As a regular Debenhams customer I felt it would be fitting to try out their Flower service for Mother's Day whilst I'm on exchange from university. The flowers are a little costly compared to other services but with the Debenhams named attached to it I hoped for great value. However, I was greatly disappointed. I was informed when my mum's surprise bouquet arrived some of the roses were stained brown, the leafs were torn and in terrible condition and died within 3 days. I paid £20+ for this bouquet and I was absolutely shocked with the quality. In total, once the flowers had all bloomed they only lasted six days from delivery. I have emailed the Flower Support several times and have received NO response from the 6th of March, my mother has also emailed on my behalf and phoned as I am not in the UK currently and the number rang out. Today, April 2nd I received an email asking me to leave a review of the service and now I share my SHOCKING and appalling experience of shopping with Debenhams, maybe if my issue had been resolved within the 2-3 working days as stated on the automated email response maybe I would have a different opinion. However, I urge you NOT to shop with Debenhams Flowers as the quality and non-existent customer service is atrocious.

The flowers never opened. I sent an email to the customer service team complaining, and have never had a reply or apology. My mother was very disappointed. I will not be ordering anything from you again.

Mother's day flowers were very disappointing. Flowers also did not last. Never purchasing flowers from Debenhams again.

The flowers were not as advertised as the colouring was completely different. The roses had died before the lilies flowered and I had to wait two weeks for a response after making a complaint. Very bad service.

Ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered for my mother and mother in law and neither arrived on time! After writing a complaint it took debenhams over a week to reply! Would not use again very disappointing!

Absolutely awful these were for my mums 70th birthday and Mother's Day disgusted only 6 stems of flowers which were already dying. Will never even consider using this service ever again

Flowers ordered for Mothers Day did not turn up on time, despite being ordered over a week in advance. Email contact was never followed up, causing me to have to chase by phone. Full refund agreed but never received- extremely unhappy customer. Will not be using again!

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday 5th March in time for Mothers Day on Sunday 6th March. The flowers arrived on Monday 7th in the afternoon, dried up and disheveled. I made a complaint to Debenhams Flowers Customer Service who replied saying: ' Whilst we normally aim to answer all emails within 2 working days, it may take slightly longer than usual to get back to you at this busy time. Please accept our apologies if this is the case'. To this date nobody has contacted me. I will not be using Debenhams Flowers ever again and will not be recommending you to any friends or family.

The ordering and delivery service, for delivery on Mother's Day, were both very good. However, the flowers themselves were disappointingly pallid in colour and not representative of the on-line choice I had made. They were also a bit battered when they were undone. This is the first time Debenhams has disappointed me.

Ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mother's Day, they weren't delivered until a day after !!!!

To be honest I was disappointed. Flowers were not as nice as in the picture and were not very fresh by the time they arrived. Several were very wilted. Probably won't use this service again.

I ordered for Mother's Day and both deliveries were not posted on time to reach Northern Ireland on time. The flowers were in the post and were not in a fresh condition when received. I also wrote an email of complaint and have not yet received a response.
