“Great flower that lasted ages. We're so good the person i sent them to actually phoned Debenhams to say they were great, given the response I think this might have been the first time someone has called a customer service number to give positive feedback ever... But they were that good :)”

“Recipient was delighted with the bouquet - there were enough for 2 vases and as I'd particularly picked a scented one, I was glad to hear they also smelt beautiful. Having compared several other on-line florists I decided to give Debenhams a go as they were reasonably priced and had free next day delivery - the flowers did arrive the next day as promised even though I ordered them in the afternoon. I would certainly use Debenhams Flowers again - very impressed with the overall experience.”

“My partner is terrible at remembering his family's birthdays, but that's where I come in 😍 Sent his Granny a beautiful bouquet of flowers from debenhams at the last minute and it arrived on her birthday, brightening her day and making her the happiest lady out there! And when she's happy, that's what makes me happy 💕 Thank you for your help with that Debenhams!”

“I sent debenhams flowers to my mother and she absolutely loved the bouquet- I've used other companies before and the flowers have not been as good quality as debenhams for the price. I've also found debenhams customer services are excellent - incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient- thankyou!”

“To be honest, I ordered nearly a month in advance, the delivery was great and on time. I order one rose in a glass bottle for valentines day for my boyfriend. Arrived on the Tuesday which was great and by the Wednesday it was completely dead!!! The flower had water and enough sunlight, the right room temp... None of those factors were a problem. It was a lot of money for a days worth and made me embarrassed. Won't order from you again I don't think or recommend that others do. Highly disappointed.”

“The flowers were a birthday present for my aunt and she said they were the nicest she had ever had. She rang me 4 weeks later to say that the flowers were still alive, even the roses and she would recommend them to anyone.”
