“The flowers were ordered for Mother's Day and arrived on time. However they were all just buds, so didn't have the same appeal as they should have done. Underwhelming doesn't cover it! A week later and they still didn't look great. Some of the buds bloomed but it was still a sorry excuse for a bunch of flowers. This was the first time I've used Debenhams flowers-I won't be using them again.”

“No approach to phone the recipient when name was not found on doorbell. delivery was postponed for next days, and recipient had to pick up flowers from pick-up station few days later.”

“I don't like to leave negative feedback, but when my flowers arrived they were quite damaged and didn't stay fresh for 7 days as stated, which was a shame because they were nice flowers”

“The flowers arrived without a card so my mother in law didn't know who they were from. When I emailed debenham's (twice) to let them know, I received a reply telling me how busy their mailbox was and stated I should hear back from them in the next couple of days. This was a month ago and I've never received any response!”

“I spent a small fortune on flowers for Mothers Day, my mums flowers arrived and were broken and half dead. We took pictures and sent an email, no one responded after 5 days so sent a chase whInch took another 3 days. I finally was asked whether I would like a refund or another upgraded bouquet. I opted for another bouquet, and we are still waiting!!”

“I ordered some flowers for both my mum and a friend through Debenhams to arrive for my mums birthday, and as an Easter gift for my friend. The only process was quick and easy, and I was able to select the exact bouquet that I wanted. I had texts off both recipients telling me how beautiful the flowers were which arrived exactly when they should have. It was also nice to get email updates on where my order was. They also lasted really well from receipt- about 10 days. I'd definitely recommend this service.”

“These were a mothers day gift and my mother has complained to you about them and is still waiting for a reply. Perhaps you could look into this before asking me to review this terrible product that cost a lot of money.”

“Flowers arrived at the promised time on mother's day however the flowers weren't the best quality. The lillies didn't open for over a week and at least 3 or 4 didn't open at all. So for the money spent we were a little disappointed. Thanks, Tom.”

“Both my husband and I on separate orders , purchase a boutique for Mother's Day my mums smelt of the cardboard box and had to bin them , my mothers laws flowers , well several were dead almost £100 down the drain. Will not be ordering from you again plus my husband complained and didn't hear back”

“I was disappointed with the look of the bouquet I brought for Mother's Day for £25 I expected it to be a full and decent size instead when I visited the next day it was more like a bunch you by in a supermarket for £10. I asked my mum later in the week how the flowers were looking, she said dispite following the instructions the roses never opened out and the flowers died very quickly.”
