“Ordered for my daughter, she was thrilled with them.”

“These were incredibly disappointing and really looked nothing like the pictures. The roses were wilted and almost dead within 24 hours and the lilies took another 4 days to open. The carnations too looked faded and the stems were much longer than the roses so everything looked oddly out of shape. I would be very unlikely to spend so much on flowers like this again.”

“Great selection of flowers for the occasion. Keenly priced and delivery was trackable on the internet. Much better system than other specialised flower shops. Will definitely use again.”

“Flowers were very fresh some still only in bud, so lasted well over a week, altogether the flowers lasted nearly two weeks, Would have no hesitation in using Debenhams florist again”

“I was not very happy with the service and the fact that the flowers when delivered took 4 days after it said on the site order before 9pm delivered next day the card with the note was put in the box that was not looked as as it was diabolical and on a bit of paper! The flowers were not in water and half dead before they got there I'm not a happy customer and will not use debenhams again !”

“the flowers were very stringy looking and the vase that I purchased with them was nothing more that a cheap vase that you can get from poundland. The packing looked expensive but the contents we no value for money,”

“I ordered from Debenhams Flowers as they were able to deliver on a Sunday, which was important for the event we were holding. However, on Saturday a delivery card was put through the door as the flowers had arrived, but failed to deliver as we were out. Which is why I ordered them for a Sunday delivery.....THEN on Sunday the flowers actually arrived too late for the function that I had booked them for.....I won't use Debenhams again for flowers.”

“I live in NZ, but sometimes want to send flowers to friends & relatives in the UK. Over the years I have used many different options inter flora florists ( rubbish) other online florists, but now always choose to use Debenhams when I'm sending flowers to people back home. The ordering system is a doodle the customer service is great & the flowers are consistently beautiful. I also recommended them to two expat friends recently too. Thank you for doing a great job!”

“The peonies are my wife's favourite flower, but they did not boom. They just stayed closed and died over the course of about a week. Won't be using this service again.”

“Flowers were lovely, delivered efficiently and not too early in morning (so didn't wake up the person who was receiving them). Having a package with a balloon/chocs is fab meaning it's really easy (no messing around with different shops or searchinget Website forever). The only thing I would say is that Sunday delivery should be avaliable even if it's as a charged service”

“The roses in the bouquet were dead within 2 days.i was disappointed that the flowers were just packed flat in a thin box,that's not what I call a bouquet .They are sending another bouquet I just hope this ones better.”
