“Had been let down several times by flower deliveries however I thought Debenhams was a brand to trust and I was right Stunning and punctual as well as long lasting. Thank you”

“Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day made of roses and lillies. The roses arrived half dead and had completely died the day after delivery. Not impressed at all. Won't be ordering again.”

“The Mothers Day bouquet I ordered arrived when they said it would which is good. However the flowers were half dead or dying when they arrived. Not good considering I paid £45 for them and they looked nothing like the bouquet in the website picture. My mum threw out the flowers within a week. I myself received flowers from a well known supermarket which lasted MUCH longer. Nearly a month later some of my flowers are still alive in the vase! Definitely won't be ordering from Debenhams flowers again.”

“Unfortunately the roses whilted within a day. The lillies hadn't even opened by then. We had to buy new roses to replace them. Quite disappointing for the amount we paid.”

“The flowers were delivered quickly and were beautiful. Unfortunately though the card with my message wasn't included. I would still order flowers through Debenhams though as the cost was reasonable and good value for money.”

“Extremely poor service not delivered on the date that was ordered arrived 2 days late. I have e mailed the customer service department 3 times to which I am still awaiting a response will not be using this service again.”

“Flowers protected in a box on arrival which is good. However, I would have preferred them to be open so that when my mum received them it would have been a nicer surprise. The online photograph of flowers is misleading I was under the impression that it would arrived in a glass vase. Although the flowers themselves were lovely I was not overly impressed for the price I paid - I could have gotten the same sort in a local supermarket or local florist. The flowers were pretty but most of the roses were open meaning that they would decay quicker. I also did not like the card that had my personal message on it as it was a generic Debenhams card with no attractive design and felt it spoilt it. Overall, I am fairly disappointed by what I have received (especially as they were a gift for someone else) and think I may go elsewhere for flowers.”

“I ordered these flowers for my mum for Mother's Day had them delivered on the Saturday and by the Monday most of them had wilted and died so was very angry when my sister today me on the Monday at work about this as my mum did not want to say anything to me . I did e mail you but no reply I will definatley not recommend or be buy any more flowers from you sorry .”

“Ordered for Mother's Day and arrived correctly on the day. The flowers were lovely aswell as prosecco and chocolate. My mum even said the deliver driver was lovely to her. Fab! Would definitely order from Debenhams again!!”

“Ordered two bouquets for Mother's day and they were terrible. Dying, drooping, beheaded roses and not worth the money. My email complaints to Debenhams went unanswered for two weeks, until I phoned customer services. The customer service representative was very helpful and arranged replacement bouquets. These were absolutely gorgeous, fabulous condition and speedy delivery. It's just a shame that these flowers were not the ones sent for Mother's day. I have used Debenhams flowers before and the bouquets have been lovely. I'm hoping that the Mother's day deliveries were just a blip.”

“Flowers were ordered for Mother's Day but were not delivered until the day after and were considerably lower quality than those advertised. I have tried several times to contact the seller for a refund, but been ignored everytime.”
