I was enticed to buy flowers for Mother's Day through the Debenham website and an offer of a £5 discount. The flowers were lovely, but there wasn't anywhere to put the discount code so I couldn't claim the discount. My Mum was very happy with the flowers but I did feel tricked into buying them from Debenhams which took the shine off it a bit for me and I probably won't order them from here again.

Quality of flowers poor ,tiny lily buds green and tight roses small heads in bloom brown tinged and drooping heads, condition very poor arrived brown and wilting clearly stored badly, nominated day delivery missed all in all would not use again

Flowers arrived without chocolates which were meant to be included. Contacted customer services and got a stock response about slow replies due to mothers day. Four weeks later they have still not had the courtesy to reply. Never again!

I often send my mother flowers but the first time I have sent via debenhams. The flowers didn't look fresh on arrival and only lasted a few days. They also did not look like what I ordered. I won't be buying flowers from Debenhams again.

The flowers were lovely, true to the image on the website, however the bunch was a little smaller than expected for the money, nonetheless pleased with the quality.

Flowers were ordered for Mother's Day. Said in the small print that they might not be delivered on the nominated day. They weren't. Good job I booked the delivery for the previous day. I chose flowers with free chocolates. No free chocolates were enclosed. I queried this and was informed they were subject to availability! I have have been offered £1 for the chocolates or £5 on my debenhams account. I have sent numerous emails asking if the £5 credit is on my debenhams account or flowers account. No response. I informed debenhams I would not be ordering flowers from them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Ordered two different bunches of flowers for two mums - delivered on time and both mums very pleased.

Flowers did not arrive when promised, so missed mothers day. (Booked for delivery on friday, arrived on monday) When they eventually arrived, they were not very generous and in poor condition. I was embarrassed by the state of my gift, and I will never buy from Debenhams flowers again.

Flowers didn't look anything like what they did in the picture and for the price there were hardly any there will definitely not be ordering from debenhams again!

I ordered this bouquet for my mum. When they arrived they were all in bud and lasted for 2 weeks. They were unbelievably fragrant. My mum was thrilled with them and I shall definitely order from you again.

Having received a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a birthday present from debenhams I decided to use them for Mother's Day. Very very disappointed. Not the quantity of flowers I ordered for the 'large' option and the flowers looked very sad. Won't order from them again. Very disappointed indeed

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, they were appalling quality and I complained. I was told my money would be refunded as yet I am still waiting for the refund!!!!!! Will not be ordering flowers again this is the second time I have been disappointed !!!!

Appalling quality flowers sent to both my mother and wife. The bunch, as I certainly wouldn't call it a bouquet, was very sparse with far too much 'foliage'. The roses were brown and they died about 3 days before the lilies even opened! What made matters worse was the fact that I did online complaints requesting a resolution to my issue(s) and despite being advised that I would receive a reply after a couple of days, due to them being so busy with Valentine's Day, I am still waiting some 7.5 weeks later!! Very poor product matched by very poor service.

Flowers not delivered to neighbour as requested, instead taken back to Royal Mail delivery Center, in no water. When picked up following day many were dead! Sent complaint email but had no reply. Very bad service
