“Good Delivery, quality flowers but poor value for money. Paid £5 for larger bouquet but only two addition roses, although to be fair this was as described.”

“Arrived on time, friend very pleased with them. Ordered flowers, balloon and chocs. Great value for money. Impressed with the update status throughout the process. Ordered whilst on holiday in Canaries so was good to know the progress of the order. Have used before, will use again.”

“Was quite disappointed with this bouquet, small considering I paid extra for a larger bunch, roses wilted on arrival and didn't keep well for long. I've had nicer and bigger bunches that have lasted longer from the supermarket”

“Our daughter in law said the flowers were lovely and she was thrilled to receive them. The only trouble being she didn't realise they had come from us as they had missed off the second line of our message. Not impressed.”

“Debenhams was chosen at random as this was the first time we've ordered flowers on line. It was easy and all went smoothly. The flowers arrived on the day required (a lady's birthday) and shortly after the time of delivery we received confirmation and an email from the birthday lady with a picture of her flowers attached and a note of thanks. We would use "Debenhams Flowers" again, and have already told friends about the service.”

“The package was sent to a good friend of mine as a Birthday present and was very well received. In addition, your monitoring system was extremely user-friendly. All in all a first-class, good value for money service which I shall be more than happy to use again.”

“I ordered the season peonies for her birthday. The flowers are gorgeous. Extremely fresh and beautiful. The flowers come in a special Debenhams box that looks positive and stylish. But there was not a card with my bouquet. It probably got lost or wasn't included in the first place. So I could only wish the staff who prepares the package to be more accurate. But as a whole thank you for wonderful emotions !!!”

“Flowers were nice but the delivery of them into a bbq which was then lit before the delivery note was was maybe not the best! Luckily the bbq lid was lifted before they went up in flames!”

“Paid extra for flowers to arrive next day. Flowers arrived 3 days late. Defeated the point of the purchase. Would not buy again. Please can i have a refund?”
