“A beautiful bouquet of red roses on 50% extra special offer. They arrived on time and my wife was absolutely delighted. I'm in Afghanistan and she showed me them on Skype. So big thanks to Debenhams for helping to make her day.”

“Flowers attempted to be delivered, no one at home.....card left without any description of item to be collected, item ( flowers) collected.........dead. Waste of money, 30 pounds, next time I buy flowers online while in Saudi I will be more choosy who delivers them !!!”

“I ordered flowers for an Aunty to arrive as a surprise - and surprise her they did. I've had several 'thank yous' and praise for the bouquet. People who've seen the flowers, have all made a note that they came from Debenhams. I am therefore delighted with Debenhams for making me happy as I hoped to do the same for someone special. Mission accomplished. Thank you. You can expect more orders in future!”

“The flowers arrived with no water in them and there was quite a smell coming from them. Once the flowers were added to water they came alive after a few days but they did smell for a few days.”

Sorry they didn't arrive well. We use other methods that retain moisture at the bottom of bouquets since having water splashing around can cause damage to the packaging. However there are occasion where flowers don't travel well. One of our team will be in touch.

“I had a bumper weekend of three birthdays, one was a 70th. I ordered three bouquets from Debenhams in one easy order, all were delivered individually on the dates specified. The feedback was great. I did see one of the bouquets a week later and it was still looking lovely. Thank you for taking the stress out of the birthday rush and for making three lovely ladies very happy - four if you include me :-)”

“Not many flowers- deceiving picture, showing more blooms than was received. Flowers were not in good condition when they arrived and only lasted 3 days. Very disappointing.”

“Bouquet was quite small, only used debenhams because of the Sunday delivery. Flowers were sent from England to an address in Scotland, and delivered late in the afternoon. Not the kind of service I'd receive if I went with my usual company”

Sorry to hear you were unhappy. Unfortunately we don't use local florists, and can't offer a morning delivery service to all locations.
