My mother was thrilled with her mothers day flowers. The quality and quantity were first class. The delivery arrived on time and in good order. Would use again

Paid for a timed & dated delivery. Flowers delivered three days late, dead leaves & very dried out! No communication to advise me not going to be able to deliver in time for Mothers Day. Parcel tracking said that flowers were in a distribution centre all weekend. One very disappointed customer who had arranged early delivery to avoid the possibility of this happening. One very disappointed customer who should have gone to a florist.

Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered too late for Mother's Day. I ordered 3 weeks in advance to ensure flowers arrived on time. I live 400 miles away from my mum and specifically chose a company I trusted to deliver flowers on a specific day. My mum is hard of hearing and she has to sit by the window when expecting a parcel as she cannot hear the door. She did this on the Saturday, waiting for the flowers. I was very upset to discover no flowers arrived for her. She then spent all day on the Sunday, waiting at the window, even though I told her they were not arranged for Sunday delivery. I mailed to cancel delivery as I did not want her to keep waiting by the window, however, I have had a reply. The flowers arrived on the Monday. Not good enough, very disappointed.

Nicely packaged, so the flowers would not be damaged. Nice arrangement, with some lillies not bloomed, so still time for my Mum to enjoy them. Arrived in good time on Mother's Day. Would use Debenhams Flowers again.

Absolutely fuming! The flowers that I ordered for Mothers Day arrived on Friday 3rd March. There were 4 roses, which were open and browning and 4 lilys, 2 of which were broken. These were nothing like the picture, there were much more of each flower. I went to see my mum on Friday evening and was so embarrased, disappointed and disgusted when I saw the flowers. When I came home, I had a look on the Debenham's site but this particular bouquet had disappeared, I wonder why? I tried to phone customer services to complain but they do Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. It's now Monday 7th at 11.30am and I've been on hold for 20 mins because all of their operators are busy. I bet they are!! They have 2 customer service numbers listed on there site and only 1 works. They also said that the customer service phone lines would be open on the weekend of Mother's Day on their site but not true. Never, ever again will I give money to Debenhams flowers. I'm absolutely disgusted! I've written an e-mail to customer services and this hasn't been acknowledged yet. Don't take the chance, buy from somewhere else.

I am writing a review as the receiver of the flowers which arrived at the time stated by my daughter who ordered them. The flowers were mostly fine but some of the flower heads were damaged and had to be cut off. Strangely, in with the actual bouquet was an A4 piece of paper with someone else's personal details on plus a Mother's Day message to somebody that had nothing to do with me. I also had instructions on how to care for my lilies and roses but I had chrysanthemums and gerbera! I don't know the cost so I cannot comment on value for money.

Flowers arrived on the day which was good roses seemed a little curled at the edges but they were OK Cost was far too high for the amount of flowers received

Using the purchasing page online was easy. Delivary was great and packaging also good. I didn't think the flowers this time were such good value. They have started to flower at different times so not sure yet if we will see a good bloom from all at the same time to get the display advertised. I've used debenhams before and found that the orders placed for delivaey in Sheffield have been fantastic but ones for Oxfordshire delivery a bit more medioca.

Bought a bouquet for Mothers Day and there was only 4 pink roses and loads of greenery. Won't be buying again !!

Unfortunately..... the flowers I ordered didn't arrive on the selected delivery date.... (which was a Sat) but arrived on the Mon. I had been emailed on the Thus to say they had been dispatched, which meant they had been in the packaging, lying about waiting for delivery since then. The roses that were part of the bunch, were all withered and droopy.... I don't think they could get enough water... so they had to be binned right away.... leaving a rather smaller bunch of flowers than what i'd paid for. Very disappointed, and not the best gift I've sent!!!

My Godmother loved the flowers and chocolates, but didn't get a card so she didn't know it was from me till I called to check that she received them??

Flowers were beautifully arranged, lovely colours but weren't as fresh as they could have been, some roses had gone brown on the edges when they arrived.

I can only comment on website and delivery as I haven't seen flowers. Ordering was easy and delivery process very informative and accurate.
