“I actually sent a complaint about these flowers a few days after my Mum received them as some didn't open and the Roses died really quickly. I did not get a response from you only to say it would take a while to get back to me. I have still heard nothing.”

“Ordered two bouquets for mothers day. One bouquet was okay, but not the greatest quality and the other had stems broken and mouldy flowers. Still waiting for my refund from customer support over 2 weeks ago. Best going to local florist.”

“I was extremely disappointed with these flowers they were VERY poor quality for the money! I was actually emmbarrassed when I saw them. We had ordered 3 sets of these for my mum, aunt and my mother in law. I would have gotten better quality and far better value for money any where else! Never ever again would I purchase flowers from Debenhams”

“I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mothers Day which were to be delivered to her place of work. At 4pm that day I called to find out where they were and apparently they had been lost in transit. They said that another bunch of better value would be sent out on Mother's Day. I received the second bunch which was half the size of the original I had ordered and most of the flowers were wilted. I won't be ordering from here again.”

“It can be hard to tell sometimes just from looking at images on a website, exactly how the flowers might really look, but, these looked so much better in reality than they did in the photo. Arrived exactly when they should, well packaged and truly beautiful. My friend was thrilled to receive them and couldn't wait to show them to me. Will definitely use Debenhams flower service again.”

“Flowers came when expected, but it took a week for the Lilys to flower by which point the Roses had died. Lilys only lasted a couple more days after that.”

“Looked nothing like the pictures; I ordered pink and received white lilies and the bouquet itself was tiny. I was ashamed to give these as a present to my mother on Mother's Day and I won't be ordering again.”

“Don't buy from Debhenhams! Go to your local florist for better quality and more value for money!! I brought flowers from here for Mother's Day and they were already dying when my mom recieved them. The flower heads had even come off in the box! Waste of money. Unhappy customer!”

“I purchased a Mother's Day gift which arrived late, the flowers were already wilting and half the gift including chocolates, the bottle of pressecco and the card didn't arrive at all. I have complained to debenhams to either have the complete order fulfilled or to get a refund but have had no response. Will never purchase anything from debenhams again, the worst customer service I have ever experienced!”

“I ordered these flowers for Mother's Day, my mom said that the day after they arrived the roses were dying and the greens wilting. They looked awful and nothing like the photo, so I complained and got a full refund. Won't be ordering from debenhams flowers ever again!!”

“I ordered the flowers for Mother's Day. When they were delivered they were wilted as if they had been in the van all day. Some of the petals were brown on the edges and within 3 days the whole bouquet looked terrible. Sorry to say I will not order flowers from Debenhams again. Very disappointing.”

“I ordered a bouquet for mothers day which was extremely disappointing flowers broken half dead and contents were inferior, when this was supposed to be a special day for my mother. I complained to Debenhams and they sent out another bouquet and a box of chocolates which were lovely its just a pity they didn't get it right first time.”
