“Flowers arrived looking very poor. No water in the bulb so some of the flowers look unlikely to even open. All the flowers starting to discolour and lose petals after 1 day. Would not order again.”

“Was really disappointed with these flowers. The roses started to die very quickly, whereas the lilies are yet to open and the eryngium were very dull in color. Unfortunately these made a very underwhelming valentines gift. I won't be buying from Debenhams Flowers again.”

“Roses arrived, lovely packaging and great detail. However, the flowers are supposed to be fresh for 5 days? The roses were dying already when we opened them! Upsetting after spending that amount of money for the special touch of being delivered. The bigger bunch we ordered were very pretty, but again some of the flowers were dying. (Luckily not all like the roses!!)”

“Firstly, the flowers were just left on the driveway, no attempt was made to contact us to notify of the delivery, secondly, they are 12 of them most unimpressive and smallest roses I have ever seen, the sort of thing I could pick up for £3.00 in a petrol station. The disappointment in firstly my wife's face and then mine was embarrassing. I appreciate there is a premium on roses for occasion's like Valentines day but this is probably the single worst offering of flowers I have ever seen. I could of gone to Morrison’s and purchased a most stunning bouquet of roses for half this price (and wish I had). I thought being part of Debenhams I should only expect quality and was really looking forward to them arriving as a surprise for my wife but this turned to disappointment and embarrassment when she received them, I would rather of not given her anything than her receive these. I am really not satisfied with this and doubt i’ll be using this service again. i’m afraid this goes down as one of the worst Valentines ever !!”

“Flowers were lovely delivered at a reasonable time but I also ordered the vase aswell, the one I saw in the picture online a nice little round one with a short stem perfect for my flowers, but what I actually received was a tall one with lines around it, very disappointed so will check next time to make sure I'm getting what I see or to be on the safe side don't buy one”

“I ordered the decadence flowers for my wife's valentines gift. Delivered to her on a Friday, dead or weeping by the Saturday!!! They also looked nothing like the photo on the website, and more like a bouquet that's been left by a graveside for a long period. Shocking service considering they flowers retail at £50”

“On arrival the roses appeared quite dehydrated and were drooping and most of the freesias were closed. This can quite often be the case with boxed flowers. However, after cutting, watering and feeding as per instructions, whereas most of the freesias opened and are quite healthy, the roses never recovered and are all but dead after 2-3 days.”

“Very happy with flowers, arrived in very good condition and packaged well. Only negative was flowers were delivered the day before requested delivery date, however did not cause huge inconvenience in this case.”

“I ordered flowers for my nans 80th Birthday. Whilst the flowers themselves were okay, they came without the vase and were battered in the box, I have since emailed yourselves three times and have been ignored. I am very disappointed.”

“When flowers arrived a few were already withered and died within 3days the rest of the flowers withered rapidly and died within 5 days overall very poor quality”
