“Awful, woeful service. My flowers arrived a day late having paid extra for next day delivery. I have sent two emails and have still received no reply. I think this is awful service and frankly I'm really disgusted as I feel like I've been fleeced.”

“When ordering we selected the option for fowers to be 'left in a safe place' if no answer when being delivered but instead they were returned to royal mail depot and a notice was left for them to be collected. They were not in a bulb of water, just wrapped in paper towels, so were dry and withered when they were collected. Very poor.”

“The flowers, vase and chocolate gift were all delivered on time and safely. Although the person for whom they were intended was in hospital unexpectedly, they were still fresh enough for my mother to enjoy them on her return home 6 days later.”

“Complete let dowm!!! Never received the flowers and was told they got lost. Customer service was shocking. When i asked to speak to a manager, i was told they were off that day due to ill health. I really thought i was dealing with a market trader and not a blue chip company, you cannot believe it. By the way, if complain to them, bear in mind the call centre is in Romania. Dont use them, try M&S.”

“Really easy to use web site,REALLY good prices,and REALLY REALLY beautiful flowers sent as my order. My friend was so pleased with the Lillies some were just budding and so will last. I will definitely use Debenhams flowers again !!! First class.”

“I ordered a large bunch of Pink Roses and White Freesia for someone's birthday, when I seen what I had paid for I thought they were appalling. Look nothing like the picture. Very disappointed!”

“Purchased the flowers as a gift and the recipient was very happy with them. Site is easy to use and I specified a morning delivery on a particular day. Flowers were delivered by 10am on the specified day. Very happy overall.”

“The flowers we delivered by royal mail... so when the recipient wasn't home, they we left at the sorting office to be collected. Not what I had in mind when I was sending flowers! They were also delivered a day after the delivery date selected, which isn't ideal when it was for a birthday present and I had paid extra for the nominated delivery day. Overall, a poor experience for the recipient, and not a service I will be using again.”

“Ordered a surprise delivery for my mothers birthday not too sure what to expect as never used Debenhams flowers before. Ordered large Oceans Breeze, and delighted is all I can say! Mum was so, so thrilled with them! Prompt delivery, the packaging of each stem so they weren't damaged in transit, the freshness of the flower/bud so they lasted, and overall presentation was truly impressive and my mother is keen gardener and knows flowers/plants so if she was so thrilled I know they were exceptional, and I'm really pleased used Debenhams flowers. I will most definitely be using them again!”

“Ordered them easily online about 7pm, to be delivered the next day. Then around 9am I had the calls from family to say how lovely the flowers were. Excellent, quick delivery.”

“I used Debenhams Flower Service to send a token of appreciation to my mum. The choices available also the cost would suite most budgets. Well packaged and delivered during the timeframe they said. Mum was extremely happy with the bouquet and the gift (teddy bear). Recommended”

“Flowers looked lovely when they arrived don't get me wrong. Everyone was very impressed, but within a day they were already pretty much dead... Even though they were treated as any others! I could of gone to the local supermarket and brought some that would of lasted much longer.... Such a disappointment and something I will definetly not order again”
