“I ordered flowers from Debenhams and the young lady (Gaberilla) was such a great ambassador for Debenhams, she was certainly an amazing person, kind, and courteous and very helpful. My daughter who I ordered the flowers for could not believe how lovely they were. Thank you Gaberiella and Debenhams for making her day. Alethea”

Hi, sorry the flowers arrived the day after. To address your query - you chose the free untracked delivery option. When you select this we advise that they can arrive a day either side of the requested delivery date. This is because they go out with Royal Mail in the normal post and although most get delivered on the selected day, it isn't guaranteed. We therefore can't confirm delivery as Royal Mail don't track delivery on standard post. We do have other delivery options where it is guaranteed and trackable if you ever use us again (which we'd love you to!). Thanks!

“Order was placed but forgot to add discount code. Rang debenhams and cancelled order straightaway. Reordered with ease. 2 bouquets of flowers got delivered!! Contacted debenhams and was told that the order was processed and therefore couldnt be stopped. Recipient received 2 bouquets and with 100 % extra flowers it made us both happy!!!”

“I ordered white lilies and the flowers were beautiful and very fresh, and have lasted 2 weeks. The only downside was I asked for them to be left at the door and they were taken to the post office when no one was in, however overall a good experience in ordering flowers.”
