“The whole experience was let down by the delivery driver. He got out of van and pulled the box out on it's side, despite the 'this way up' arrows and then continued to swing the box. No wonder my premium deliver, expensive bouquet for my mothers birthday lasted less than a week and was delivered with damaged roses!! I am sure the bouquet would have been beautiful if handled correctly instead.”

“I submitted my order of a bouquet to be sent to a friend at 8.58pm and she received them by 4.25pm the next day! The flowers are beautiful and will look even better when the lilies open up.”

“The flowers that my mother received did not look like a large bouquet and nothing like the image on the website. I paid £26 (would have been £32 only I used a discount code) for flowers and could have probably gotten better from a supermarket. Disappointed.”

“The flowers looked half dead when they arrived only lasted a couple of days very disappointing for my mother inlaw on her 70th birthday i had sent them to her from her grandson. Regards Donna”

“I always buy my flowers for family and friends from Debenhams, and I always get good feedback from family and friends to say how wonderful the flowers are. I personally have never had any so I can't say for myself, but I am certain from what I have been told that they are truly wonderful, hopefully after my review I may get some.”

“Flowers were delivered in alloted time but the recipient could not find the card and so had no idea who they were from. Would it be possible to receive an email to say the flowers had been delivered, like we do to say they have been dispatched?”

“My flowers unfortunately were delivered a day late. Not impressed with that. I have ordered flowers before from Debenhams and this is the first time they have let me down. My friend liked the flowers. I just did not like the service.”
