Was a little disappointed with the flowers, firstly they weren't going to be left as instructed, luckily my Mum, who the flowers were for, arrived while the postman was still in the street. Secondly it really looked quite sorry for itself in even the smallest of vases, the flowers individually were beautiful, you can't go wrong with freesias, just not great value.

Flowers for mothers day died few days after debenhams didn't even respond to y email won't use again

Flowers were pretty much dead. Was able to get a full refund including delivery, which was good, but didn't help ok the actual day when mum received dead flowers!

Products great-customer service utter rubbish. I've emailed twice to amend an order to a friend but have had no response. In addition I've phoned at least five times, bald for 10 minutes each time and never had the calls answered by a human-very shabby indeed. Won't use again despite the flowers being good quality.

Flowers did not arrive for mothers day they arrived on the Monday even though I asked for delivery in the Saturday. I emailed Debenhams to complain about this issue and since then they have ignored me. I will not be shopping with them again.

Flowers were lovely. However, I ordered flowers with chocolates but chocolates did not arrive. I contacted Debenhams customer service and got no response or refund. Very annoyed and won't order again.

Mother's Day flowers delivered Saturday poor quality flowers very sparse and died two days later will not be using debenhams flowers again. Also customer service was terrible took me four days and numerous emails to get a reply .

Ordered the vase with the flowers and it never turned up. Tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. Will use someone else next time.

Embarrassing, I bought these for a mother's day gift and asked for them to be delivered on the Saturday. I assumed they had, but they didn't arrive until the Tuesday. I tried ringing customer services about 10 times but couldn't get through so emailed but as yet I haven't had a reply. Not good!

Delived on mothers day. Flowers were fine. Unfortunately the vase that was ordered with them was broken on delivery! I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund but as yet have received no reply?!!!

Used Debenhams as they are a trusted company but the flowers arrived 2 days late and unfortunately the recipient had left for a short break. Whilst I acknowledge it may have been a Royal Mail issue Debenhams have not replied to any of my 3 queries. Very poor after care. Flowers however looked lovely from the photo the neighbour provided.

Ordered because for some reason Interflora couldn't deliver on the date I needed. Whilst the process of ordering was easy I needed them delivered for my Mother's 70th birthday on 2nd March. They eventually arrived 3 days late in a battered box with many of the flower heads damaged. Certainly not worth the money and not what I would have expected from a well respected name like Debenhams. I won't be using them again.

The flowers arrived on Sunday for Mother's Day and the majority were dead by Tueasday. Very disappointing for myself and my mum, afraid I would not use again.

At first when I saw these flower's I was disappointed in the amount of flower's my mother received. Not sure if they matched the image of what I purchased. But they were fresh and lasted for 7 day's. Not sure if I would reuse this service from Debenhams again .

Flowers died within 2 days of receiving them, contacted customer services has received no response. Poor customer service, poor flowers
