The quality, price etc were great. Delivery options were very good. However I am incredibly disappointed that despite choosing the option to "leave on doorstep" my flowers were delivered to a neighbour. They were sympathy flowers so it was a very sensitive issue and they needed to get there at the time/date requested.

Flowers received are a poor representation of what was advertised. Few were broken and flowers were sparse and not in good condition

Last year I ordered two lots of flowers both absolutely beautiful which I expected from the debenhams brand so had no second thoughts about doing the same for this Mother's Day though I have been left very disappointed both were very poor one had 5 stems no foliage just looked a bit pathetic the other had a couple more stems but the only foliage was a couple of limp leafs I have emailed to complain but as yet have had no reply each bouquet was £25 was was received was more like £ 2.50 I'm so disappointed

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for mother's day (Saturday delivery). One was delivered to east kilbride - my dad had to go after the delivery driver as he was quick off the mark......flowers are beautiful and appreciated by my mum. The other bouquet was delivered to Glasgow at 1.30pm - unfortunately my mother in law was out and the delivery driver took them away. She then went to the post office on Monday only to be told that they are at the Cambuslang depot. The post office have texted the driver to rearrange delivery but I can only imagine what state they will be in by then (Tuesday). I am extremely disappointed with the delivery arrangements. Surely as perishable goods some attempt to leave with a neighbour/leave in a safe place would have been preferable. Not a very happy Mother's day for an 82 year old lady I'm afraid.

The flowers were nice but not a lot at all for the money. Not sure I would bother ordering again.

Easy to use website. Delivery happened as promised and the recipient said the flowers all looked very fresh. Does what it says on the tin!

ordered two sets of flowers for a certain date, one got delivered the day before, and the other on the day, I paid for tracking on both and I didn't get the tracking number until after the flowers were delivered, and they use Royal mail which are not the best in keeping to dates, esp at the weekend, wont be using again,

Flowers were dying when received. Day 1 and they're already wilting. Very disappointing. Petrol station flowers are much better than this!

Delivery was on the day requested and that was about the only positive about this order. These flowers were purchased for Mother's Day. Delivered on a Saturday some heads of flowers found in bottom of box even though box was visually undamaged. All instructions followed re keeping of flowers and by Monday morning they have all drooped , my mother is a flower arranger for local church thus has some experience in care of flowers , she rang me this ( Monday ) morning in shock saying she had followed the instructions kept them is a cool place out of direct sunlight and still they have all died. In her own words " Last year they lasted for a week, this time they haven't lasted two days" I am very very disappointed, and will think twice before ordering again.

Flowers were lovely but customer services insensitive to circumstances ended up having to drive from London to Peterborough to receive flowers

I was somewhat disappointed with the flowers it was an offer of 50% extra free of roses and freesias which sounded like it would be a big bunch but it was cleverly got round by giving small amounts so 50% of 6 roses is 3 so 9 altogether! I'd rather have paid for 12 and got none free....bit of a cheap shot for a company as large as Debenhams Your delivery service and quality is excellent though can't fault it

Flowers were ok but arrives very squashed in a box which meant that some of the heads of the flowers came off which had to be disposed.a bit disappointing.

The tulips were beautiful and arrived on the specified day and in thw right timeframe. Brilliant service. Much better than interflora in my experience.

I ordered a valentines bouquet via Debenhams as I had a discount code on 02 Priority. Online ordering process and delivery was fine, with email tracking updates etc. However, the bouquet itself was somewhat disappointing. Presentationally they were not the best and I was left bewildered when comparing the picture on Debenham's website with that received (much like how fast food is advertised and then served up!). Now, I'm no expert, but some of the 'foliage' had brown marks and growth on and therefore not the vibrant and clean greens I would've expected. Despite good care (promptly cut stems into vase of water with food etc.) the roses in particular only lasted a few days and were removed. The lillies didn't last much longer, leaving a rather bare and dishevelled looking bouquet after 5 or so days, in stark comparison to a £3 bunch of flowers picked up from the supermarket a few weeks earlier that lasted well beyond 14 days. Overall, pretty disappointing for flowers worth c.£35 and would not recommend. Maybe a one off 'bad egg', but I have seen much better from other retailers in the recent past.
