“Ordered a bouquet for my Mum's birthday. Ordering online was straight forward and delivered on the day promised. I was kept informed throughout the delivery process. Flowers arrived in good condition lasted over a week as they were in bud on arrival. Would definitely order again .”

“So disappointed with Debenhams Flowers! The quality is very poor and not long lasting at all. I have complained and previously they have always sent another bunch. However I would rather my mother would just receive a nice bunch of flowers that last and in her words 'like Sainsburys'! Unfortunately I am not going to use Debenhams again !”

“I sent flowers to a friend - next day delivery and they arrived early the next morning. My friend commented on the quality of the flowers too. Would definitely use again.”

“The flowers were presents and made the recepients' days - so the description must have matched what was delivered. Delivery was not the "promised 24 hours" - but I was kept informed the whole process and it was not a particular issue in these instances - although could have been if ordered for a special day. The website was user friendly quick and easy to use - the discount codes ensured that I ordered a second bouquet straight away just to cheer someone up - it worked for me as a customer and overall I would consider using Debenhams flowers in future. Regarding writing this review in order to win a further voucher which is something I never normally do - I was only inspired to enter as the competition ends 010317 and I placed my order in April 17 and am being asked to write my review subsequent to the order - therefore your tech guys might need to review their wording! - Overall a very happy customer - Thank you”

“Having received a bouquet for mothers day I have to say these were the best roses I have ever had, they lasted almost 4 weeks. So impressed I bought a bouquet for my daughter, hers are still going strong 3 weeks later. Highly recommended”

“I have been a life long buyer from a well known international florist, I decided to try somewhere else. Having been a fan of Debenhams and the quality that I have received from their stores, I decided to try them. I was not dissapointed, in fact I was more than delighted, I was over the moon. The flowers were of an outstanding quality, so much so that one of my friends cried tears of joy. DEBENHAMS, I WILL NOT SHOP FOR FLOWERS ANWHERE ELSE.”

“Bought as a birthday gift,the recipient was more than pleased with the lilies. From my point of view the transaction with Debenham's Flowers was very good, I had to phone and speak to a very pleasant and helpful lady, who resolved a slight hitch I was having online. “Having ordered some mothers day flowers, the initial order had some delivery challenges, which i was notified about immediately. The Debenhams friendly support team provided extra guidance and goodwill to ensure the flowers I had ordered as gifts were of the highest quality and delivered on the date set too. I will be coming back frequently to place more orders with the Debenhams team!”
