“Seamless booking to surprise my mother from as far as Budapest. Realised on Friday it was mothers day...beautiful bouquet on Saturday morning. Good job.”

“My mother was disappointed with the flowers. They arrived almost dead and did not last long. I was very disappointed it was her 80th birthday. My mother was also disappointed. It was meant to bring a ray of sunshine in her life as she marked her birthday but instead it did the opposite.”

“I love the deals Debenhams Flowers offer such as 50% more flowers or money off so they are always my go to florist as I know I will get great value for money. On top of that the flowers are always of the highest quality and last a long time. Customer service is fantastic too with local call centres and caring staff.”

“Unfortunately, I was in hospital for eighteen days following major surgery, and my wonderful wife visited every single day, struggling to catch buses and juggling home life. I couldn't physically buy flowers as a thank-you, and Debenhams Flowers was a life-saver! Ordered a beautiful bouquet on a Friday early evening and they were delivered the next day at 14.00 hrs. Great service, and regular texts informing me of every step. Top- notch service. Thank-you so much Debenhams. Iwill definitely use you again.”
