“From the moment I ordered the flowers I was kept up to date with the delivering . The flowers were lovely and lasted well over 2 weeks. I will ordering flowers again from Debenhams.”

“Ordered flowers with a vase. Vase was never delivered. Door bell not rung and door was not knocked. Flowers were left on the doorstep for anyone to take. And now I have received an email from these jokers asking for my feedback with a competition, of which expired nearly two months ago.”

“I bought these for my Grandma, and she said they were delivered without any issues and they were huge and colourful and very fresh. She is very critical of glowed and she said they were great.”

“I ordered a flowering plant for a very dear friend, and it came right on time, and I was told that it was "just beautiful" She was so pleased, and it really made her day, and cheered her up. “I needed an appropriate thank you gift and they seemed like a lovely bouquet. The recipient expressed just how delighted they were. Not too ostentatious and not inadequate. Totally perfect. Thank you.”

“My mom was over the moon with the flowers I sent her. Ordered at 18:45 arrived next day. The were even better than photos. Still look as fresh 8 days on. Totally recommend”

“Ordered lillies for my Nan next day delivery. Although not completely flowering but was still good enough to impress. As this was a plant not a bunch of flowers I was very happy with what was sent.”

“Received text and email to say flowers had been delivered on Saturday. Checked with friend who they had been sent to as birthday present and she hadn't received. They actually turned up on Monday morning, very dry and a tad dishevelled. Spoilt the surprise of receiving on her birthday and required some TLC to get them back to a reasonable state. Will not be using Debenhams flowers again, will revert to usual suppliers.”
