“Understand from recipient that flowers were nice. However, they were left at neighbours with no card through recipients door. Dispatch email sent to me (sender) but no follow up delivery confirmation email. Flowers spent three days in neighbours garage!”

“I ordered the ferrero rocher bouquet for my 8yr old nephew for his birthday as he loves them only for them to arrive with one side damaged (bashed in) and after paying £40 I was not happy and shall not be using nor recommend this service again”

“The flowers were lovely but I wish I had ordered from elsewhere. They arrived a day late despite getting despatch notice the day before. They were from 3 granddaughters to their grandmother on her 90th birthday. She must have thought they had forgotten and the surprise was spoiled because I had to let her know they had been ordered. Very disappointing”

We're sorry to hear that your grandmother didn't get her flowers on her birthday. We appreciate that ruins the surprise. The postal option you picked was the free untracked delivery where it goes out in normal post. We do advise when ordering that this can arrive a day after your requested date and it isn't the best option for time-sensitive orders.

“Beautiful bouquet well packaged. Not as big as I had hoped but in reality a far more practical size as the shape of the bouquet was perfect. Roses didn't last as long as the lillies which are still going strong over two weeks later. Good value”

“I was extremely impressed with the customer service when I rang to make sure the flowers were delivered safely to my daughter. The flowers were beautiful and lasted really well. I will use Debenhams again for flowers!”

“An excellent selection of flower and plants, fairly priced too. I sent my sister an orchid as a congratulations present and it arrived safe, the plant looked healthy and beautiful. I will definitely use this service again.”

“I would prefer a different mode of delivery as my recipient was not in and received a note to collect a parcel, if I had not texted to say have you received a parcel note and said she should get it sooner rather than later she would have left it until the weekend to collect them. Plus they were not kept in water only wet paper?! Lovely flower which have lasted but wouldn't use again due to delivery method.”

Thanks for the feedback. This is a good point regarding informing recipient of urgency of collection and something we have been discussing with our couriers.There shouldn't be loose water with the flowers and doesn't need to be in order for them to remain fresh- this is entirely deliberate as it prevents the packaging being damaged in the event of a leak.

“I was sent a photograph of the flowers when they arrived, the recipient was delighted, but I was a bit disappointed at the amount of foliage to flowers ratio, it seemed to be all greenery. But my friend said it was lovely, so that is all that matters!”
