A very good service. I have not actually seen the flowers as I sent them to a relative who is undergoing radiotherapy but she called to say they were lovely.

The flowers were for a funeral that I couldn't attend, so can't comment on them, although they did look lovely on the website. The actual ordering process was smooth and easy, with 3 different sizes of each bouquet to choose from. They were delivered on time, as I had a message afterwards from a relative. I would definitely use Debenhams flowers again and recommend them.

Valentines flowers arrived when expected and looked fab for about 2 days and then just wilted and died. Fair enough they did what they were supposed to for the occasion but would expect them to last a little bit longer than 2 days......

Our delivery arrived promptly but upon opening one of the flowers head fell apart. The rest of the flowers were closed and designed to bloom when here. We are now on day 5 and the roses are wilting about to die, the Lilly's have yet to open. Unfortunately what we received never looked like the picture online. Very disappointed for a £50 bunch of flowers. I did contact Debenhams Flowers on day 3 but have not had any response. Poor customer service too. Upsetting as these were for my wife's 30th birthday.

Flowers died within 4 days of receipt of them, expected them to last longer at £41.99 even more so as they were "guaranteed" to last 7 days, won't be using debenhams flowers again.

The flowers turned up by 1315 I would rather prefer a morning delivery by about 1030

I must admit I was a little disappointed when I returned from my charity cycle challenge to Vietnam and Cambodia on Monday to hear that the rose and teddy that I ordered for Valentine's day had just been left at the door of my girlfriends house, even though I expressed that the delivery person needed to knock loudly. Not only that but my girlfriend also said that there was no message written on it; she had to assume it was from me. Given the amount of money it cost to deliver I feel let down.

Easy to order, great value, looked great on the day (Saturday delivery), now Tuesday and beginning to wilt, probably rushed along at this time of year

Beautiful spring bouquet ordered, hyacinths, tulips and narcissus. Absolutely gorgeous, fresh flowers delivered. Smelt fab, looked amazing. Flowers weren't very open, we're just open enough to see colours. Never used debenhams flowers before but was very impressed and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

disappointed with the size of Valentine package of roses, ballon and chocolate from what you see in your advertisement. The advert shows a bigger ballon and big box of chocolates to what you get. Plus Debenhams were promoting the Valentine package with a discount only if you had the flowers on the 5th Feb a bit too early for the actual day. All in all very disappointed for what you got at the price.

Bit disappointed with the flowers - not as many as shown in pictures and roses a bit beaten up. Dying after 3 days. Nice arrangement though.

The flowers I ordered cost £49.99. I expected a very generous bouquet for this price. When I saw them I was utterly shocked with what was presented. What was received would have cost no more than £20 from any self respecting florist and would have cost no more than £10 from any supermarket. I will never order from debenhams flowers again.

I am very disappointed with the flowers. They were for my Mum's 75th birthday and I paid extra for a large bunch. I have sent Debenhams a photo as per their request, but have not heard back from them as yet. I will not be ordering from them again. Marks & Spencer's flowers are so much better Mrs K Forde

Ordered these for my mother and when they arrived some of the roses had dead petals and the others looked bashed and bruised. Tried to contact Debenhem flowers 3 times via email and contact us but have still not heard anything from them. What was delivered to my mother was not the luxury bouquet that I saw and ordered online. I am very disappointed with the service and very upset that no one has contacted me to put this right. As it stands at the moment I would not use them again.

I ordered some Pink roses to arrive the Thursday before Valentines, although as soon as I put my order in I noticed that I had ordered them to arrive a week earlier than I wanted. This occurred on a Sunday night so the phone lines were open so I decided to leave a verbatim comment to be picked up by the team. Wednesday arrives and I receive an email about my order being dispatched, I left another verbatim comment but the next days the flowers arrive so I called up the customer service team and explained the situation the correct things for me and said that they would send out a complimentary replacement on the date I had initially wanted. This was very good service. (Not where my bad score derives from) When I opened the packaging and saw the flowers I had ordered I was very underwhelmed as they had already begun to wilt and weren't very nice at all. I gave Debenhams the benefit of the doubt and waited for the next bunch to arrive. Sadly they arrived in the same condition and I was embarrassed to give them as a gift. I was not very pleased with the quality of product, especially seeing the price of the item. I would not consider purchasing from Debenhams Flowers again.
