“Overall very good but difficulties with contacting customer services via phone let the service down a little. Flowers recipient was very happy which is the main thing!”

“Flowers delivered exactly on time but the quality of the roses were not as expected. They were frayed and black on the tips, and the day after were starting to wilt already. That said, the packaging itself was great and as expected by Debenhams but unfortunately because of the quality of the flowers I may look to shop elsewhere next time.”

“Ordered roses, prosecco and chocolates as a Valentine's gift for my wife, she loved the gift and the roses are beautiful. However, I paid extra for delivery on Valentine's Day to my wife's shop in Chester city centre. The gift was delivered on Valentine's Day by the courier, but they left it outside the front door of her shop in the street. This was roughly an hour before the shop opens and before she arrived for work. Was very lucky they were still there when she arrived. Courier left a delivery note stating 'parcel in front porch'...there is no front porch. Despite me writing a card, this was not with the flowers. So overall, beautiful gift, just shame about the delivery and lack of card.”

“Never again. Valentine flowers ordered to be delivered on the 13th as the 14th was a Sunday. Flowers were delivered on the 12th, when there was no one home, hence the instruction for the 13th. Tried on the Monday to speak to someone at Debenham flowers, 45 minutes on hold before i gave up. Eventually spoke to someone at customer services who took my phone number and email and was told they would get back to me, still waiting. I'll be expecting a full refund plus the monies i used to buy new flowers.”

“Ordered 2 bouquets for B-day and st.Valentines day. Both came on time, and flowers are amazing! Also, -10% when I tried to leave the page worked well for me - I used it! Thanks! Will definitely use your service next time!”

“Flowers purchased are lovely. I was glad I purchased them through a 50% discount offer as I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price. Delivery was excellent would consider using Debenhams Flowers again.”
