“Flowers came on time and delivery was excellent. However, half of them were wilted when they arrived and all were dead and in the bin in 3 days. If I had been home when they arrived instead of my father, I would have not accepted them from the delivery man.”

“The order and delivery process was very good as a paid for a morning slot and the flowers arrived well packaged and at the expected time. Unfortunately when the flowers were opened the flowers were not the same colour as advertised. The flowers were supposed to be blue hydrangeas to mirror what we had on our wedding day. The flowers that turned up were purple and not blue like I ordered. The flowers also did not last very long. Disappointing for the amount of money I paid.”

“I live in Dubai and wanted a flower delivery service I could rely on- I have used Debenhams flowers a couple of times before and have always been more than happy with the service (and the feedback from the friends and family who were sent the flowers!) I left it very last minute this time, and ordered the night before, but the flowers arrived exactly within the time frame I was emailed. My friend loved them and has since sent me photos of the beautiful bouquet. I will definitely use the service again- highly recommended!”

“Good afternoon, Delivery reference: delivery reference (ITEM-100243574-11663-427676) . I am writing in regards to a recent purchase that I am very dissatisfied and unhappy about. The picture on the website ( Cheerful Lily and Rose - https://www.debenhamsflowers.com/flowers/shop-by-flower/lilies/cheerful-lily-rose) displayed a very vibrant colour of orange lilies. I based my purchase only off the vibrancy and colour of this picture. I am aware that the description does not state that the lilies would be a bright orange but rather a "salmon classic LA lily". When the buds bloomed it was neither orange nor salmon - please find attached pictures of a very standard yellow lily instead. I feel very misled by this advertisement and definitely do not feel it was worth the price i paid for it, especially since i ordered a large bouquet and the picture advertised stated the image was only a standard bouquet. What I received was extremely sparse and I was expecting a much bigger bouquet Lastly the roses had withered and died by the time the lilies bloomed .”

“My sister enjoyed the flowers and the variety and size seemed good, and the bouquet was reasonably priced. However, the flowers were a day late being delivered, by which time some of the roses had started to brown and curl. I wasn't overly happy with this as one of the selling points is that the flowers are largely delivered in bud in order that they will have maximum last.”

“Really disappointed with the flowers. They looked dull, drab and nothing special at all, nothing compared with the lovely vibrant picture I chose from. They were for an 89th birthday and I was really disappointed when I saw them.”
