“Easy to order and I got to pick my delivery date. Email updates with the tracking and I got told when it had been delivered.m”

“Lovely idea I bought flowers, chocolate and a balloon for a friends birthday. I was disappointed that a few of the heads were snapped off upon delivery. If they weren't snapped I would have definitely recommended them as the price was good too but it was the first time I ordered flowers from you. However snapped heads off flowers is a no no”

“The recipient told me the flowers were of a very poor quality on arrival. They also had to be thrown away within a week. I must say the next day delivery service beat my expectations, order placed on Saturday morning and delivered by 10am Sunday, however I can't help but think perhaps the flowers were substandard due to the short turnaround time, and perhaps they were 'leftovers'.”

“Flowers were ok, even though my sister received different flowers than the ones I chose and paid for, also the balloon was missing. All in all it was a nice surprise for her but a bit disappointed for not receiving what I asked for.”

“Excellent delivery tracking so I knew when the had been delivered. There were also a lot of buds so the flowers lasted over a week. Very pleased!”

“The recipient was happy with the flowers but delivery was supposed to be on the Monday and it was Tuesday before they were delivered but person was unable to be at home therefore it was Wednesday before they could be picked up.”

“Again I used Debenhams for flowers for my Mum. I did send a note to customer services before but never received a reply. I thought I'd try them again but alas no better. Very disappointed. Delivered on time but three days in and I can't see them lasting much longer. Shame!”

“I have sent several bouquets and arrangements to friends and family members and everyone has said that they have never seen such beautiful displays and are always amazed how long they stay fresh. Having used many different florists in the past, I would now only order flowers from Debenhams. They offer superb value for money and have some of the most gorgeous arrangements to be found.”
