“Don't use this company!!!!
Paid £3.99 for a 3-5 working day delivery, finally arrived on the 7th working day. Refused to refund the delivery charge, instead offered a free delivery on next purchase within 3 month. I wont be ordering anything again so a complete waste of time, basically theft.....”

Boohoo bought the name to trade online. Debenhams itself closed 2021 but sold the online presence to Boohoo.
Having worked for Debenhams for a great number of years it saddens me to think people believe that this shoddy website is actually Debenhams!”

“Shoddy systems and absolutely awful customer service. I paid extra for next day delivery only for the item to be sent by standard delivery. I was told as it’s a concession brand (Monsoon) they can’t do next day delivery. Well, why is there an option of next day delivery at check out for that item then! They have taken extra charges for next day delivery happily while knowing they can only do standard delivery. And the customer service keeps on sending me the link on their website which shows next day delivery is not possible for concession brand. That’s fine but the option for next day should not pop up at check out for those brands then!
Don’t order from this awful company! I wish I had seen the many bad reviews before I placed orders with them.
