“I had a very helpful lady help me in Debenhams Crawley today. Her name was Chelsea and she was a senior sales lady. She went out of her way to help me and took a long time finding a store which had a jumpsuit I wanted but Crawley never had the size. So often people complain and do not praise such lovely service. She likes the clothes and we often have a breakfast in the cafe on Saturday mornings. Its the centre of town for us. Always has been. Please don't even think of closing the place or replacing it with online facilities. It's not the same. Never will be. Invest in your stores, Debs, please. Keep doing what you've always been doing. “I went to Telford store today and the Lady who was on the Dune shoes section went out of her way to be helpful. Her name was Lynn I think if I remember right. I have a wedding in November and after purchasing some shoes off Lynn I then asked her advice about what colour bag and fascinator I should where’s. I told her what colour I had in mind and she agreed with me . She came over with me to look at them with the matching bags . I was more than happy with the customer service I received off Lynn today and the girl on the till, I don’t know her name but she had long black hair with a fringe was also delightful.”
“I contacted Debenhams regarding Gift cards which had been the property of my mother who sadly died earlier this year. Some of the gift cards had expired. Within an hour Debenhams had contacted me to say they would reinstate the expired vouchers. Fabulous news as they will be used to purchase much needed equipment for the hospice which took such good care of my mum in her final weeks. Full marks for such kind and considerate customer care Debenhams. Other customer care departments could learn a lot from you.

In M&S I was treated badly by a very snooty lady but Alex in Debenhams couldn’t have been more helpful . She was smiley ,polite ,considerate ,helpful and funny . She spent 40 minutes measuring me ,bringing me bras to try on ,respecting my opinion and making helpful suggestions .
