“The website is awful. I have complained directly to company in the past but nothing has changed. Debehams must be losing so much business. I have tried umpteen times to order items but give up each time because the website is very slow, keeps jumping back to first page and refuses to open the window when pressed. It's just impossible to use.”

“These problems have been going on for so long and still Debenhams haven't got around to fixing a major problem. Surely as a business who rely on online sales their website should be a priority. I gave up looking for a coat as it was so frustrating! Debenhams read your reviews because you're actually running your business into the ground!!”
“Don’t use them. Ordered a heated throw on 15th October, didn’t arrive, no notification from Debenhams, I looked at website and it is now shown as out of stock. They say they have to chase it up with the supplier. Meanwhile they have taken my money. I ask for refund they give same excuse. Surely this is illegal, certainly unethical. I am £70 out of pocket and therefore unable to purchase else where. To add insult to injury their website says do not make further enquiry or you will go to end of queue!
I am still waiting and will stick to Amazon in future, at least they keep you updated and an out of stock item could be cancelled. Very bad service, everyone trying to save money on energy, and this was our attempt. We are on a very limited budget, my husband is almost 80 and we cannot shop elsewhere until they attend to this.

“I have been trying to order some Mantaray clothes but the website is so slow, pages took ages to turn over and then it ended up going back to the first page. I have a tried a few times but gave up in the end. I used to buy quite a few Mantary and Principles clothes, it is the designers who are loosing out if you cannot order their clothing.”
