“Been trying to get a refund now since early nov2022 only way to contact them is through social media and you speak to a different member of staff every time getting nowhere never never will I order from Debenhams again looks like I won’t be getting my refund as they blank me”

“Debenhams was my place to go for clothing. The website is broken. The filters hardly ever work and this is so frustrating. If you view a garment it returns you to the start of the search, not where you left off. I've given up and use NEXT now, their Web site allows you to search and buy very easily.”

“Horrible service, I ordered 20 products from them in November 2022, most were delivered relatively quickly. One product was left, but had no information or contact for a long time, I had to ask myself in January where it was and they issued a refund relatively quick. The product was then delivered 2.5 months after ordering and I let them know especially as it was a birthday present and customer service was horrible. Ended up paying full price as I paid last time for the product. Never shopping here again.”

“After 3 weeks my next day order was finally declared lost. The website is atrocious to navigate and took numerous attempts to get through to customer service to register my complaint. Finally got through using Facebook as email wouldn’t work!
To end on a positive I was sent a refund and reordered the item as this was a Christmas present. Ordered at 4pm and the order arrived next day 10am. Delivered by David, Rugby my usual Evri delivery driver with a smile.
Won’t use this website again, prefer websites with retail outlets!”

“Purchasing through the website was easy. Update on delivery was a bit chaotic, initially confirming delivery, then stating it was delayed. However, it came as per original time frame. My biggest complaint is that Evri just threw or dropped my parcel over the fence and left it lying in the rain. It was only be chance I seen it in the garden. Debenhams needs to talk to Evri and ensure this practice stops.”

“I ordered Boots from Debenhams online. They were went from Clinkards. I have had to pay the return postage for these boots that do not fit correctley on the calf area. Very nice boots but too narrow on the legs. I am dissapointed with Debenhams who should advertise on the first page that most of the orders come direct from the provider. That customers will have to pay return postage.”
