Having purchased a picture from Debenhams it fell and broke within a few minutes of being hung on the wall. One of the mounts have broken under the weight of the picture. Luckily it missed my granddaughter.
My wife has just spent around an hour on the phone trying to resolve the issue and I cannot believe how inept their staff are when it comes to customer service.
Will never buy from them again. If you have shares in Debenhams I suggest you sell them as a business with this level of customer service will not be around for much longer. Does any business have a Trust Pilot score worse than Debenhams?”

They need to allow use of more than 2 cards for payment though (e.g. 2x gift cards and Visa) as I had to place two separate orders.”
