Every guest we have had has mentioned it and one even moved to the floor during the night! ~We raised this with Debenhams and they sent someone to evaluate. The chap that came said that while there was not defect, the mattress was terrible... Debenhams closed the ticket and said that no fault had been found.... Absolutely terrible customer service!
In addition to this Debenhams keep trying to collect the Sofa, even though we are paying for it on a credit agreement.
