“Debenhams charged my card twice during my last online purchase. I completely see what everyone else is saying in the negative reviews because I couldn't get any answers out of them either as to why it happened. I called and they said that it was due to a busy period and that they were short workers? What does that have to do with why I was charged twice for one purchase. Also, the person I was speaking with barely spoke english so it was really hard to understand.”
