Complete scam. Ordered online 3 weeks ago, under a 3-5 day delivery. still not received my order, or an update. have emailed to cancel my order and had no acknowledgement or refund. Is Phillip Green still involved in this company as that would explain the shoddy service and complete Rip Off

I ordered a watch 2 weeks ago and was promised and changed for next day delivery. Despite contacting Debenhams every couple of days they are no help whatsoever and keep asking for additional time to resolve. They will not honour my request for cancellation and refund despite numerous request. Avoid like the plague I will never use them again

They sent me a broken mirror twice, then when I asked for a refund, they said they had sent me a third mirror. Over the next two months it did not arrive and they kept telling me I couldn't get a refund till it was delivered and I had refused delivery. In the end I contacted my bank and asked them to recall the payment. That's how I got my money back. Absolute disgrace! Buy elsewhere.
